Its rare that a guy can play with proactive anger (i.e. MJ). Melo is a reactive anger guy and his play suffers for it.

This is a major threat. A serious concern, even a problem with many of our key guys. Our frontcourt is extremely explosive. Meaning,like with little children we need to hide the matches and lighters. Of course we do have the unflappable backcourt. They need to help our big men to stay cool and keep a clear head..
