Woody is gonna show Danphoney how to communicate with this NY KNICK TEAM to get the most out of them.
Loving the adjustment.
This is around when that other guy heats up....
is it just me or do the knicks always looks 10 times better in the second half?

Eh, Knicks have gotten their fair share of favorable calls this season. It is all good. Game is close and Melo has not even really got it going yet. This is a winnable game against a Laker team that is at full strength.
I'm well aware of that, and yes I never said every single call was bad, but c'mon it's getting obvious. They seem to have it in for Melo.
How much do you want to bet LeBron would at "best" have 1 foul in the same situations?
LeBron is a substantially better defender then Melo and generally does not pick up silly fouls. Melo got a hooking foul that was a legit call. He got called for a foul reaching in when Kobe was driving past maybe JR and that was a legit call. Melo got a foul called on him attempting to front Artest which was questionable. I don't think the refs have it in for Melo at all.
I don't think that he gets too many called on him, he just doesn't get enough called for him
It seems there are games where he gets no calls then there are games where he gets plenty of calls. This particular game he is shooting a lot of jumpers so not a lot of contact being created by Melo thus far. Melo had one drive in the first half where I thought they did not call the foul.

yeah - I am not just talking about tonight
see how he is using the screens to get his looks? this is how he gets it going.
3rd Qtr 9:53
LAL 53 NYK 61
chandler has the WORST hands
its ironic once felton starts to play better he gets hurt
mrKnickShot wrote:chandler has the WORST hands
His hands has been great all year, I think he spent to much time with his family and friends, he doesn't seem to be focused at all in such a big game.
3rd Qtr 8:10
LAL 56 NYK 64
Melo:
8-15
20 points
7 rebounds
3 assists
Love me some heat checks!
Melo again baby :D I hate to say this again, but I told you so :D

nah ... his hands are/were always awful
Danphoney's halftime speech has always been a bummer , even when he coached the knicks.
Woodson's halftime speech has been superb this yr for the knicks.
when melo gets on a roll nobody can stop him
Melo has only 1 more shot to get to DK's magic max number for him
I hope he makes it a good one
mrKnickShot wrote:heat check 3 by Melo!
here's the difference: the first couple of makes to open the half were off staggered screens-- set plays to get him going-- where he is moving and catching the ball in rhythm. same with that pass from kidd-- he is moving and catching in rhythm. these are the threes he should be taking-- off of feeds. they were all "good" shots where HE isn't making the decision to shoot!
I hope Felton is not hurt to badly.
