Tonight is Melo's chance to wipe the tables clean and stamp his foot on KG's throat,
If he drops 50 tonight, no one will remember the bus chasing,
Even 40 would go a long way,
but ultimately, let's just get the W
I will take 20pts and a win. 40pts and a loss is not going to look good right now

How about 30 pts and a win?
Frank Isola @FisolaNYDN
James White is starting along with Iman, Kidd, Carmelo and Tyson Chandler
YUCK
Maybe cos Celtics are small
I guess when Felton returns its gonna be Tyson, Melo, Shump, Kidd, Felton. This lineup takes away Shump's effectiveness to guard the backcourt

I need to see 40 at least, and the win, I can't even accept 30 and a win, because Melo has to go above and beyond the call of duty tonight, he has to absolutely stomp on KG's face
For all the talk about what Melo needs to do tonite, his teammates can't put it all on his shoulders. They have to deliver as well and be ready for anything Boston throws at them, this time.
Trivia time let's see who's got the goods:
Has Melo ever dropped 50 with the Knicks?
How many times has he dropped 50 in his career?

Did you forget about this already???
Speaking about Carmelo Anthony, J.R. Smith and Iman Shumpert handling the ball with Felton out, Woodson said the Knicks "eventually have to get back to our original point guard and Kidd coming off the bench, Kidd and Pablo (Prigioni) doing their jobs coming off the bench. We'll eventually get there."

Celtics have been slumping lately but they'll up their game vs us. Hopefully we can answer back. My goal once Felton went down, was for us to go 50-50 until he got back- we'll be right on that if we win tonight.
What sucks most about the loss to the Nets is that they currently own
the tie breaker if both teams end the season with the same record.
Really hope this team fights through the injuries and plays with energy
for the whole game. Similar energy that Chicago seems to be able to maintain
this year no matter who is on the floor for them.
How? We're 2-2, both 1-1 at home (with them winning one in overtime I believe).

Yea hopefully Woodson is going with this lineup because the Celtics are small up front
Al Iannazzone @Al_Iannazzone
Felton has been cleared for contact. Will practice tomorrow. Hopes to play Saturday but is willing to wait until next week.

no.
twice. (vs Knicks & vs Celtics)
but I fully expect him to better his personal record this year, not quite sure when (I'd feel more confident him getting 50+ with Felton back to be honest), but I'm very positive about it :).
He's having too good a season not to get over the 50 point total atleast once :). He already went 40 + a couple of times :) (45 twice)

I'd love to have him back, but I'd rather wait till next week rather than risk having him out another 2/3 months

Yea he's had a few 45 point games, what's 5 more points to a guy like Melo? Nothing, this is I think his best scoring season ever, so I need to see at least one 50 point game.
I have a funny feeling it's gonna be tonight.

Don't know about tonight, but heck I'd take it :)
I personaly feel as though it'll come some time after the All-Star break

Since we both feel that he's getting 50+ atleast once, what's your guess on his points? :D
I'm gonna say 56 (random guess) :D
I'm gonna go with 55, Knicks reclaims the double nickel
Million Dollar question: Is post-London Lala going to be in the front row?
