Knicks · Game Thread: Knicks vs Kings SAT 7:30 @MSG...3-0 In My Game Threads!!! (page 12)

NYKMentality wrote:And this is the exact reason why over on RealGM (during the offseason) I created a thread about this current Knicks team of 2012-2013 being our deepest/strongest Knick team dating back to our throwback Knicks of 1993-1994. This is by far, without question, our greatest Knick team we've featured during our past 19 years. Deep as they've ever came in regards to our Knicks franchise. But yet posters such as TKF make remarks and post's such as "for me, the joy of watching this team will come when carmelo and a few others on this team are gone.. hopefully it is soon...."

This current team is absolutely the best team we have had in many years and I stated this back in July and August and September of 2012 while others said let's wait and see what happens on the court. Now these same people are downplaying what has happened on the court. LoL!

they haven't.
highest win total is 48 (3 times)

1. Get Rasheed back after the All Star break and we have a backup center to protect Tyson from getting exhausted

2. Get Marcus Camby back by early March. Just for insurance for the jam packed schedule

3. Stay thirsty (and healthy) my friends

he is needed for slow it down, grind it out playoffs. key vs. lebron in playoffs.

He was very effective early in the season. His drop off has been horrific.

I want to see him sink those free throws to gain some confidence.

Brewer was also pretty good from behind the arc but that didn't last. I agree about his defense being needed in the playoffs, at least he'll be fresh lol.

This reminds me of the game that Nate McMillan got fired after last year.

brewer and white are both 0-2 at the line.

Well, we're not going to win by 50+ tonight. Oh well, still a great win. And damn has Chris Copeland been overrated by our fan base. He's not really all that good. Not at all.

I wouldnt count on camby or even sheed. Camby is great when healthy but unfortunetly he is injured all the time. Sheed hopefully comes back but at this point i dunno if he will. we really need to add another younger big man at the deadline or get KMart

eh, won't happen IMO.

I want to see the knicks reserves hungry this quarter. they are playing very weak ball. no wonder woody does not trust them.
