As an offering to the basketball gods of good hoops, perhaps a sacrifice would cleanse our beloved Knicks of their recent lack of cohesion, serendity and symmetry.
The obvious reason for the Knicks slide is the anticipation and outsized expectations for post operative Shumpert. Don't blame it on the sunshine, moonlight, Carmelo, Stoudemire or the boogie. And please cease any immature chatter of firing Mike Woodson.
It's gotta be the hair.
The official hair cutting ceremony could be a televised pay per view event with proceeds going towards Kenyon Martins salary or The Rick Brunson Point Guard Academy.
What do we have to lose?
Let not jump to any rushed decisions now. The high top stays at least until after the playoffs. At that point Jerry Sloan would be my first choice.
I love the High Top fade. Would love to see the Knicks vs. Heat during the Eastern Conference Finals. Norris Cole vs. Iman Shumpert; The battle of the High Top's.

NYKMentality - excellent point. Start Novak at the three to spread the floor and relieve Melo of hoisting from deep.
Shump slides to the two.
Piece of cake.
