hey papa!! how are you? how are your musical projects going? i've been reading the board, but not really participating that much. just been enjoying the ride of our best season in a long time!

my band went on a hiatus and since then we haven't gotten back together. my fear is that the band is done.

however, me and my old drummer are still working together. he's the DJ that did the scratching on the new Knicks playoff song. and i am, believe it or not, the MC/producer. so we're still making music, but now we're focusing on hip hop.

Evil I just finished an album on this kid who is 23 years old and I produced him retro sweet soul style. All live instruments like horn and strings all live. It was tough hand writing those horn and violin, viola's , cello, and french horn charts. But i did it. I have 3 offers on the table so I will be making an anoucemunt in 3weeks. I also produced a gospel album on a band called Rhyze but back in the day they played R&B check them out on you tubes. I am also just starting on a new album on the Singing Pastors of Piscataway.
I'm impressed about you doing hip hop. Listen to some of the Rhyze tracks from back in the day you would be drulling to want to sample some of those tracks.

great to hear back from you. i could see some retro sweet soul music doing really well today. best of luck with that. sounds like it took a lot of work, but when those projects are successful the payoff is that much sweeter. i'm definitely gonna check out those Rhyze tracks!

i appreciate you diggin my Hip Hop. honestly, i've been writing and mc'ing all my life. it's just that i got sucked into the rock hustle and never felt like i could do both effectively. as soon as the rock band went on hiatus, the first thing i did was dive back into Hip Hop. i don't think i'm going back. if anything, i'll try to incorporate any riffs i have lying around into Hip Hop songs. i'm just excited right now to be creating something that is hyping up fellow Knicks fans. the video is getting a lot of views and it's totally exceeded my expectations.

anyway, i got a mixtape coming. and a new single/video that should drop in a few weeks. i'll keep you updated.

Pablo has been in great shape recently and he would be greatly missed if he cannot be healthy
He has greatly improved his handle, in addition to his speed/quickness/penetration, and his shot has been very consistenet
What we miss most is he knows how to feed the players that move the WITHOUT the ball the best, especially in the PnR, a reason why Martin/Copeland plays very well with him
He brings that middle ground of ISO plays and TEAM ball with player movement rewarded, it is another element that know one else comes close to him
His IQ and DEF are very under rated, it keeps Felton fresh, and with less responsiblity for creating for the team
This has been crucial as Felton has learned some things off him and his minutes has been kept down while being much more effective as well

yeah man, my boy Pav does the videos and he posts them on RGM so you're def familiar with my work. i lurk on RGM so i know there's a bunch of us Albanians on there. i'm also half Croatian.

ever since they went to 7-games in the first round, the first round has been super stretched out because they don't want too many games going up against each other.

I don't remember it ever being this way. Of course, TV stations just wants everybody tuning in to every series, but still its weird.

Though as many have mentioned, it helps our team gets healthy, so I have no problem in that regard.

Yea playoffs go on for 2 frickin months now. Thats almost half a regular season

so glad we didn't blow that series.
