A. Because we played selfishly on offense (13 assists and a truckload of solo moves) and still managed to win. With defense.

Perhaps "steal" is not the best choice of words. Projections are not the same as reality.
We won the game we HAD to win.

Exactly this. The Knicks didnt play all that well for the majority of the game and still pulled out the win. Now, the Celtics may not have been playing their best game either but we know the Knicks are better than what we saw. Tonights game should be different.

When the Celtics went up by 7 in the third, if this Knicks team was cursed, we would have folded like a cheap suit.

We fought back and locked them down.

Cursed teams do not defeat the Celtics in the clutch.

This war is just getting started

Pablo Prigioni (ankle) will start in Tuesday's game 2 vs. Boston barring any setbacks. This is confirmation of what we knew. Prigioni practiced in full on Monday with the starting group, and unless something completely unexpected happens between now and tipoff with his ankle, he'll be back in the starting lineup. Rookie Chris Copeland, who is nursing a shoulder injury, will move back to the bench. Apr 23 - 7:50 AM

Hopefully he feels good enough to guard a quick Bradley, who looked terrible as a facilitator in game 1. The Celts playing him at PG reminds me of Shumpert last year; both are clearly not PGs.

Thanks sealy. This is great news. As long as Pablo watches those cuts, he'll be good.
