Did the Celtics just score 23 points in the second half?
TeamBall @ 4/23/2013 10:43 PM
I remember when the Knicks used to be the team got the lead and then the other team took over because they were just better. You get the feeling the Knicks are just the better team and its nice being on this side of it after all these years.

That Hyundai commercial is a trip.

Melo saying all the right things. "We need to come into game 3 and put it together for 48 minutes, not just 24."

yesterday during the nets game kerr was saying how game 2 is a real test, because game one can be deceptive, and in game 2 the losing team is going to come out mad and motivated.

still should look to handle our biz with at least a win in boston, but we look like someone miami would a bit be scared off right now.

Our defense is that scary right now. Our offense woke up tonight so hopefully it can build up from this.

agreed we need to finish this up in 4-5 games. just win the next game and boston is finished

The Celtics managed to score just 48 points in both 2nd halves against the Knicks.

Dare I say we have what champions reguire, which is great defense (especialy down the stretch)

Not to mention the 1-2 scoring punch (one being the scoring champ and a legit MVP Candidate, the other a 6th man on the year) to lead the charge on offense.

As the offense seems to pick up, our good defense becomes elite! Its just a sight to see!

Baron Davis on NBA TV breaking down the game.

Love how Woody has KMart in there to get the team really going on D. Everyone is really going hard in the 2nd half of these games. Funny thing is this still isn't the best the Knicks can play! More than enough to win tho.

Big ups to SHump for starting the comeback and passing the baton to Felton.
CrushAlot @ 4/23/2013 10:51 PM
What a game. Psyched Patrick is doing the post game.

If Tyson wakes up (he showed some nice signs), Novak can be the offensive weapon he can be, Copeland gets his rookie jitters out of the way and even Amar'e joins the team as an offensive spark off the bench, this can be magical.

Though the way the defense is playing, Im not desperate to see Amar'e so soon.

Great win. Awesome to see how many 2 way players we have

Wally, "the Knicks have that killer instinct"...

Amare's comeback, if it happens, would actually be very nicely timed. He'd have to come off the bench and play limited minutes. That gives us say 10-15 minutes of a scoring punch against second units. And no pressure at all to try to get him/Chandler/Anthony to play together.

Give him Novak's and/or Cope's minutes, easily.

i agree in order to beat the heat we need an additional scorer besides jr and melo. Hopefully felton continues to provide offense as well
HARDCOREKNICKSFAN @ 4/23/2013 11:08 PM
...now THAT's WTF I am talking about! KNICKS ran those fools off the damn court, and we're going to do the same thing to them TWICE in their own damn house!!!

Remember 2011, Celtics? PAYBACK IS A MUTHA!!! We got a SQUAD this year!!!

NYK, let's GO... GO and GET IT ALL!!!

StarksEwing1 @ 4/23/2013 11:14 PM
