I do wonder what CP3 does this offseason. Not sure there are any attractive destinations for him to go to where he can get a max salary and compete. But then Clips isn't a good place either (has issues with Griffin).
Maybe Rockets could trade Lin to Utah for Milsap (PF) and sign CP3. Not sure how a CP3 & Harden backcourt would gel though...
Chris Paul is going to sign his 100 million dollar 5 year contract. He is no fool.
I'd kill to get CP3 here but I don't think it could happen. We're almost certainly going to be to far over the cap and be banned from making sign-and-trades. But, even if we were able to do a sign-and-trade we don't have the pieces to put together a trade for a max player. Just to get the salaries to match we'd have to include Amare who no team is going to take a chance on or we might be able to build a trade around Tyson. But even then the only trade assets we have are Shumpert and our 1st rounder this year in a terrible draft.

I don't think CP3 stays in LA unless he has a hand in the coaching search (VDN is gone) and roster moves. He wants badly to win.
Doc Rivers and KG could go to LA for DeAJordan and Bledsoe...Add another shooter and Clippers are better than ever...

I wouldn't stay with the Clips... He doersn't seem to mind bouncing around. If I'm him I elect to run the PnR/pop with Dirk for the next few years. Their games could not be more perfect for each other

I agree with that in general but CP3 seems okay with shorter term arrangements. I think Cuban has done more harm than good the past couple of seasons but you can't argue his commitment to winning

Unless someone takes Amar'e in a 3 team trade this will not happen. Also, I wouldn't
t trade Felton in the trade. The Clips wouldn't have any bargaining chips since he reached FA. SO he can force their hand to take back any little think NY wants to give them. Future picks, junk contracts to take Bulter of the books too, and Novak.
I guess the 3rd team could want Felton with Amar'e but most teams are pretty set at pg.
Theres no way cp3 is leaving...first he can get a max deal with the clipps....second he has a nice star player in griffin...and they can trade bledsoe and get some assets. They still had a good season. If griffin wasnt hurt it mightve been different.
