Melo has done his part. He has made this team relevant getting them their first playoff win in over a decade last year and leading them to the 2nd round this year. We have had pleasant surprises like Felton, shumpert, and prig and hopefully shumpert can take some notes from George and grow into a bigger role. Melo was on his own once again with the other stars failing him. Regardless to how this series ends, he did his part and deserves more reliable help.

Melo has failed these playoffs, by any metric.
Whole team is a failure. Whole team shoots 33%. It'd be one thing if everyone played well and Melo blew it (i.e. game 4 vs. the Celtics). The Pacers series has been everyone playing very, very badly.

Melo's been anything but a superstar or even star. If you said the supporting cast failed Felton, you would have had a point. I don't know what Felton has to do to get credit from some of you guys.

We won a playoff series. Felton was not the leader to that. He was helpful but this team goes where Melo goes. This year it's 2nd round, much better than we have done in the past.

We would be over the cap regardless. We paid Melo instead of gallo and chandler combined. Better value.

Yea 40% shooting. Melo has sucked in the playoffs. 1 assist that's doing his part. He's really made a big difference. Beating one depleted shitty Boston squad. No different then marbury.
