looking at the replay it lookef like he was trying to hit the roller and neither one looked. I may be wrong.

why because he is being honest. The Knicks have to stop blaming the refs and look in the mirror. they could have won this series IF they showed effort in games 1 3 and 4

Do you not understand the Pacers play big Guards at 3 positions. JR Smith defends.
Do you understand that Pacer play big and Woodson has no adjustments for anything or an Vogel. I totally understand why he got fired from ATL.
Well unless Woody could suit up and make himself 7 foot 2 I don't see what he could have done differently. This series is not on Woody....please see Tyson Chandler and JR "Brick" Smith!
Woody kept those two on court when it was obvious they were a net negative. How can that not be on woody? If woody would have tried something else and that not worked then I would see your point.
Shump could take a HUGE step forward next year ... with little cap flexibility, his growth could be the biggest upgrade for us next year

I think that was it. The roller missed a dunk earlier when he rolled.

Nah, I think coach Woody untimely substitution was the reason. He took the chemistry right off the floor. Woody's problem is that he never rides his hot hands. He has set times to bench guys that shit has to stop. Vogel didn't put Paul George on the bench at all in the second half.

The refs have a bigger hand than the Pacers in this game. This series was the Knicks fault. This game was the REFS fault, 100%. Incompetence and corruption epitomized.
The refs weren't perfect but this is on the Knicks. The Pacers had the better team, even though the Knicks had superior talent.
The Knicks cried after every single foul. I was embarrassed by it and it was obvious.
Knicks were constantly playing for the foul and not the basket on offense. When they felt contact they just threw it up instead of muscling for the basket and taking the foul as a bonus.
There was no way JR Smith should have been playing the minutes he was based on his play. He wasn't defending, scoring, or making any smart basketball plays.
Woodson did not adjust at all. Copeland should have been playing since game 3.
What happened to Camby?
The Knicks as a whole did not adjust to the style of play being allowed.
YO if you take away all of the baskets we gave up without a single Knick coming over to defend the drive, the Knicks win this game. The sloppiness and lapses are unforgivable.
IMO Woody got outcoached in terms of preparing his team, line ups and rotations and offensive play calling!!!
Melo trying to go up and dunk against Hibbert was another momentum changer. I asked WHY! HE'S 7"3

That 2nd turnover it really looked like he was passing to Tyson so I think youre onto something

Sorry but we didn't deserve this series.
We proved time and again to not come prepared for games, slack everytime we wanted to and had an embarrassing level of immaturity for a team full of veterans.
Kidd should retire.
J.R. should take his worthless award somewhere else.
Chandler should be traded, but with no takers, he should re-examine his worthless playoff performance and search to see if there is any sign left of the defensive machine that won a championship.
Felton should be removed from the PG position. Sucks as a 2.
Stat should retire. Knicks are back? 100mill for an empty catchphrase...
Woody should be fired, unless you just want regular season success. Where did the "accountable" Woody go? Whoever can't see he was embarrassingly outcoached this playoffs is letting the regular season record blind him. Unless we get a second star like a Chris Paul, we ain't winning a thing with Woody.
Good regular season.
Sorry postseason.
Why pretend to be a fan at all...

Yeah sitting our best defender would be a stroke of genius. Maybe he should have sat JR for James White or Q Rich. Heck, why not put Kidd on the floor?

how is he honest when he complains no knick takes a charge on stevenson lowering his shoulder into them ... a guy lowers his shoulder and hits you, its a foul on him. or else i don't understand the rules, which after watching tonight, i suppose i don;t.
Chandler. Woodson. JR. Suck suck suck

Im tired of the refs conspiracy. I agree the refs werent good to us tonight but they arent the reason we are going home. the Knicks played awful this series
I warned you at the start of this thread- we just got served an Ed Malloy special.
Still, the nba got what it wanted- artificially manifactured a new 'star' in Hibbert- allowed to foul at will!
holfresh wrote:How about Nolad showing up in time to let us know Melo isn't a superstar...Guess 39 pts 7 boards don't buy u what it used to...
Those were the quietest 39 points I've ever felt in my life. 2 points in the fourth quarter, and ZERO in crunchtime. DRAW A DAMN FOUL! SOMETHING.
StarksEwing1 wrote:Look I agree the refs stink but they arent the reason we are going home. In Games 1 3 and 4 the knicks didnt show up at all
Dude, we know. We know. The refs sucks. Woodson's panic moves in this playoffs caused us to be eliminated. He didn't continue to do the things we did to get here, and that is on him.

It's not a conspiracy, as I stated above: the KNICKS lost this series, the REFS cost us this game. Every stat points to unbalanced officiating. If you don't think the refereeing in THIS game was a disgrace to the game of basketball then you are an enabler for Stern and his BS, encouraging the injustice to continue year after year.
