He'd fit that team pretty well in a backup role and I don't see him resigning here. I'd be happy taking Blair back in a trade.

prigs is a smart player, but he's not worth 2 mill, he doesn't shoot enough, way to passive on offense, and really slow on defense. I don't think he's a bad defensive player, I just don't think he'll have a major impact in the playoffs against the likes of rose, rondo, jru, hill, deron, jennings..

It's not like we can use the $2 mil on someone else though. We have the mini MLE of $3 mil and then it's just vet min contracts.

this really does suck........ Trade kidd, novak, camby....that about 12 million dollars of nothing Some of you guys have grunwald on a pedestal, but he did some real idiots moves. J-kidd 3 yr contract, trade for camby and 3 yr contract, give novak 4 mil per for 4yrs.

That would be nice. Blair would be a nice fit here. Hes an enforcer he can play especially rebound.

I'd take him here for sure if he came cheap. Many will say he's a cancer, but unlike JR, he comes up big in big spots.
This probably will sound crazy, but I would take both he and Artest (if amnestied) on cheap deals for a run at it next year.
Most importantly, both can still play D. If people really want the 90's Knicks back, instead of retreads like Camby and KT, these 2 would probably do the trick.

It sounds like we might be able to sign-and-trade a player to another team. So, we can sign-and-trade Prigioni for players already under contract or draft picks but the Clippers couldn't sign-and-trade Chris Paul to us.

Priggs deserves to try the earn the most he can.
The Knicks should not use their MLE on Prigs or Martin. Take the minimum or kick rocks.

I trust Grunwald in this decisions.. He turned Jared Jeffries into Felton and Kurt Thomas.
If Prigs demands $2 million, lets see what we can get. He said that he will be creative in his approach when it comes to player movement.
As far as I know, Q-rich and Barron signed deals similar to the one of Gadzuric and in turn can be traded this summer.
