Knicks · Sims given summer league invite (page 1)

A sleeper pick is Henry Sims, who has received an invite to play on the Knicks' summer league team, but he hasn't made a decision yet.

Saw him play here in the Philippines after his D-League stint. He played in the semi-finals against a team that was parading Jerome Jordan

Here is my scouting report
- Is not a banger type of player, likes to faceup shoot perimeter jumpshots and this is against people who are only 6'6-6'8
-Poor defender. Eric Dawson another import scored 57 points against his team( Sims defense accounted for about 30 of those)
-Average rebounder, does not seem to get those tough rebounds in traffic
- Good passer out of double teams, has a good eye when the double team is going to come

In summary, we should get a better prospect than Henry Sims.

With a team full of one on one scorers we need those who know how and when to pass.

Forget Sims who is Eric Dawson?

Feel like he's been discussed alot and never seems to quite make it. Probably best to move on.
