I think Rondo and Green are gone by the end of this coming season. It doesn't make sense to pay them to play on a crappy team.
Bargs leading the team in rebounds, Melo leading the team in assists? Is there a blue moon tonight?

rondo went on record saying he wants this challenge.. he said"when have I ever backed down from a challenge".. He doesn't want to get traded.. add a good lottery pick to rondo and jeff green and they can go from lottery to decent, fast...
Prigs is such a good 3 point shooter, we definitely need to find him shots throughout the year.

Heck, even Gerald Wallace's corpse is showing signs of life.

He may not want to get traded, but the Celtics management is in tank mode and Green and Rondo make good money. I don't see C's management eager to pay them to play on a crappy team.
looking at the celts, when you add rondo to this group they have an outside shot at the 8th seed come to think about it... who knows...

ok, then what are you trading them for? celtics might be willing to go through a year of being so-so to add talent to those two guys.. these are young players, rondo and green..
Rondo's contract is probably the best value in the nba..

I see a little rust. I just want to take a good look at the new guys even if the loose doing it. Bargs shots are not falling as of yet.
Lackluster game, but then I figured it would be like that. Hard to have any kind of intensity for a preseason game like this. I do hope Woody has a better offensive plan than this tho, cuz it looks rather lame so far.
Very happy to see Shump with such a smooth jumper. He looks even better than last year in that regard. Still wish he looked more confident driving, but we'll see how that plays out over the season. Beno looked a bit lame. Didn't like Powell one bit. Aldrich looks a bit sloppy and in need of more gym work.
Nice play there for the Bags Dunk. Bargs also looks much more active on the boards.
Other than Melos usual chucking we look pretty good

Picks and expiring deals. Pierce and Garnett are pretty much on the downside, but I still don't believe the Cs got fair value player wise. Didn't matter because they're blowing it up. I think Green is the type of player you should trade while his value is high. I'm not sure he'll ever be consistent enough to be a star in this league. GMs are going wild for this draft. Maybe you can flip Rondo for another lotto pick. Let's say the Cs do get Rondo back, it probably still isn't enough to get them in the playoffs. As flawed as Detroit is, they will probably better. Toronto has talent coming back. Atlanta is still better than the Celtics. The Wizards and Cleveland have nice cores. The Celtic have a lot of work to do just to be top 10 in the Eastern Conference

so far his defense and rebounding has been good. Hav ro wait and see if it continues into teh regular season

He got off to a great start but has gone cold for awhile now
Bargs keeps getting Sullinger with that fake
Clyde just said he has Indy as favorites to win it all. I'm shocked he said it let alone during a Knicks broadcast. Wait Til Dolan finds out lol
I wanna see during the reg season Bargs receiving the ball after it swings around the perimeter, then he can benefit taking big man outside and faking the shot and driving to the basket creating for himself or others.
