It's probably better for him to take them in game action to get the feel rather than not trying in games. The way the Knicks play he's going to be on the perimeter and if he's open he has to have the confidence to take the shot. I'm not really worried about that at all at this point. I just want to see the team keep working on the defensive chemistry and if Woody can get Bargnani to be more aware and give more effort that will be more important than anything else IMO. His offense will be fine, but if we get him defending better than he has in the past that would be huge.

Bargs actually looking ok on d. A couple nice blocks. Hes struggling on offense tho. Dude is soft...he needs to go up STRONG!!

When Woodson started going to the bench and all the new faces, and the old ones who were out with injuries started hitting the floor, it really sunk in how deep this squad is. If we can stay healthy look out.

I agree that will be a good test. They aren't just passing the ball around the arc, they're finding cutters as well. That's a good sign. Its been a problem with this team.

It's hard to say how the Knicks will look against an elite defense like the Bulls, but my assumption is that they'll do well. Most of the games last year this team played against good teams were highly competitive. Even tho we lost to the Bulls they weren't all easy games. Maybe this year we can change the end result of a couple games.

You can see the Knick potential but the starting line up is not as good as it can be. Right now Bargs is more of a negative. I knew they should've concentrated on him shooting closer to the basket(although he hasnt been good tonight at it) We can have a serious team--just need to get the rotations right. It may be Bargs is a second line player OR a quick 4-5 minutes and out starter.

WAAAAAAAY too soon to be making that kind of definitive statement. You can't say for sure how this will work out this early. From what I saw AB wasn't a problem at all. He's not firing on all cylinders yet but he was involved and has 2 blocks in the 1st half. Give it a chance.
