I think he has wanted to bust out since last spring.

Maybe we need to put him in a wrapper and bring him back for the playoffs

They played well the last few possessions on offense and defense. But the rest of the 2nd half was crap.
holfresh @ 10/30/2013 10:11 PM
Wow..that was close
CrushAlot @ 10/30/2013 10:11 PM
Character builder. Tyson. Great game.

Yea he even did it after we finally scored a basket to regain the 24pt lead they lost

Exactly. There is no excuse to blow a 20 point lead to a bad team at home. they better get their 3rd quarter defense together

The worst win is still better than the best loss.
UGLY, but I'll take it. 1-0.
yellowboy90 @ 10/30/2013 10:12 PM
was Mayo trying to join the huddle.

I thought Felton played great. They need his PnR play. Beno and Felton just had too many turnovers.

When he plays well I say so when he doesn't I say so. How about we bookmarking you acting genuinely pleased about a win, any win.

I think he was as unhappy with his play last postseason as we were. Probably psyched to be playing well again.

VDesai @ 10/30/2013 10:13 PM
45 combined turnovers, but in the end its a W for NYK.
loweyecue @ 10/30/2013 10:13 PM
Philly beat the Heatles????
SJUknicksfan @ 10/30/2013 10:13 PM
Chandler, Shumpert, Felton impressed me. A win is a win, as ugly as it was. Melo looked horrible, as did Bargs. Same story as last year with blowing the big first half leads. Needs to be corrected.

Exactly. Its early in the season. Weird stuff happens. Important thing is to get wins. The Knicks and pretty much every team in the league will blow at least 2-3 20 pt leads this year.

When we get into these situations I'd like to see if Metta can bring some energy and composure to the squad. Sometimes Prigs/Felton isn't such a good idea.
Knicksfan @ 10/30/2013 10:19 PM
Gotta give them credit after a pathetic stretch between the 3rd and 4th. To win the game after the Bucks toyed with them for almost a whole half, its nice.

An ugly win is better than a moral victory, though this was going to be a hapless loss.

TeamBall @ 10/30/2013 10:19 PM
AND the Nets lost to the Cavs. Sounds like a good night.
