We all know Melo will eventually get hot. The problem is what is the identity of this years team gonna be? Woody has gone away from the best unit from last year which was Prigs, Felton, Shump, Melo and Tyson. We almost never see that unit or style of play. So what is this year's team gonna focus on offensively? It's hard to tell based on what we've seen early this year. This high Turnover stuff has got to stop tho.
If we do not get another "superstar" player in here to help melo I am not sure I give him another max contract. This team is going no where without someone to help melo. If melo is off we need to be able to rely on someone else. I rather start over than be stuck with a 5 year 30+ million contract that will hold everything up.

He looks bad on D after he picked up his second foul. He was totally lackadaisical trying to find his man after the last Bargs 3 which lead to Williams open 3. That's terrible. His only saving grace is his 7 rebs and the attention Minny is giving him opening up Bargs and others with ball movement.

How about Woodson run some curl plays for Melo so he can get great shots in the flow? Maybe run the triple screen play or horns... SOMETHING that is an actual BB play!!! This isn't about Melo shooting bad. It's about bad offense and defense and that is on Woody. We've all seen poorly coached BB before and we're looking at it right now. Woody has to step up and get his team under control.

Melo is shooting poorly but you've made a good point that he is having to work for his shots a little too much. Even at the start of last season, he was getting off ball screens for shots at the top of the key.

This is my sentiment as well. Woody is a terrible offensive coach.

This team is as dumb as a pile of rocks. How many really bad passes have we seen? Or just plain dumb turnovers?
