Chandler is only important because the Knicks didn't replace him with anyone.
so your saying the former DPOY would be important for another team?

No you can't see ligaments in an X-ray.

No I didn't say that. I said the Knicks never got someone to challenge him for the position.

Yeah, so negative just means there's no fracture. There still could be ligament damage. Positive means there is a fracture. I assume inconclusive means they can't tell. Right?

Means they don't know yet what is wrong. But you can rule fracture out.
I had a shoulder injury in January - negative x-ray. MRI showed town labrum so there could still be serious damage the MRI on Tyson could reveal. Lets hope its nothing bad and just a sprain. If he goes out for an extended period we lose one of the best players on the team, one of the only bright spots so far this season, and one of the high energy players in the rotation. Not to mention the lockeroom hit which seems like somethign we cannot afford right now.
It doesn't matter. Knicks will call it a sprain and he will be day to day for 4-6months

Oh, OK.
This injury will expose everything we said was wrong with this team. Any injury to Melo or Tyson
Keep trading away picks and flexibility

That is the case with most teams. It's hard to replace your all-star players.

That's why you keep your picks.

Also remember this is the Knicks organization you're dealing with- need to take into account that they blatantly lie to 'protect' us from the truth!

And K-Mart with the worst 'ankle-soreness' in living memory!
Look like I was wrong. It is a fractured right fibula for Tyson. This is one time i am glad to be wrong. He will only be out 4 to 6 weeks.

You know what, your right. They knew it was a fracture and they lied about it. That would be something they found in an X-Ray.

Strange because it looked like a blunt type hit--usually that has to do with bone
I had that one pegged--actually thanks god. Bone will heal quickly especially since it s small--I had the same thing in my upper arm--was good in 5 weeks.
