I really like Coles quick outlet passes. We have finally got some tempo going here.

I love Prigs but there's no change of pace with Udrih. I'd love to see the Knicks have a PG who actually has some speed and quickness out there.

FREE MURRY!!!

As much as I hate Barkley, could he be right about this team? Melo gets double every position, and every when he passes the 2nd defender typically recover so quickly. This team doesn't attack the basket.

Our offensive attack is too simplistic. There has to be more off ball motion so that teams don't just wait for us to pass to Melo. There's no misdirection or cuts to the basket as teams hedge on Melo. We could score so many baskets off cuts if they did that.

melo calls a players-only meeting

Typical agenda posting by you...Not saying we dont have front office/ownership issues, but please explain how Melo's comments directly effected the following this afternoon:

Shump 1-5
Felt 3-10
Smith 1-9 4 TO's
Stat 1-5

BTW, the players only meeting was called just before the Bobcats win...Oh, my bad we beat the Bobcats because Pat Ewing was coaching

MURRY GETS TO THE BASKET SO MUCH EASIER AND SMOOTHER THAN OUR OTHER GUARDS.
OasisBU @ 11/10/2013 2:23 PM
This team has lost its soul. Not sure what can be done to bring that back.

murray did more in 3 minutes than felton has done in 6 games

should melo have kept his piehole shut? yes or no?

YO Murry has way more talent than Beno Udrih. His physical talent is better than Felton. This kid may not know much about BB yet, but he's got a good amount of talent and should get some run to develop his game.

He showed some very quick hands , caught one impossible to catch pass and he showed over and over some lightning quick outlet passes off of rebounds. He is our best rebounder right now(while Chandler is hurt)

Do those guys' numbers change if he does? I really don't think so.

After this game Murry should get consistent playing time and so should Aldrich.

yes this is scary, i don't know what's happening. They are not as bad as what they are showing right now, but they play without passion ... is it the coach ? the players ? both ? some serious issues have to be solved quickly before this getting really ugly (it is already )

smackeddog @ 11/10/2013 2:33 PM
I don't think we're doing enough to let the other team score- as well as giving them open threes and a free walk to the basket, maybe we should start buying them a celebratory meal or drink afterwards.

yes their numbers change.

and by the way... what is melo's agenda?

GustavBahler @ 11/10/2013 2:35 PM
If the effort is there I'm confident the chemistry issues will be worked out. I don't see effort for the most part. Great coaches like Riley and Rivers gave their teams an us against the world mentality. We need that now.

I hate to say, it but we need more production from the point, and the combination of Felton/Prigs no matter how well they play is going to get us past the elite squads in the playoffs. Felton already looks like he lost a step from opening day and has trouble driving against good defensive squads. For better or worse this is probably the best we will get from prigs as well.

I was against it but I have changed my mind about a deal for Rondo. Doubt we have what they want though. Probably would have to offer first round picks in any deal, not sure what 1st round picks we have in the immediate future. Wouldn't be surprised if there were very little. Boston might want to move him to the west to avoid playing against him as well.

misterearl @ 11/10/2013 2:35 PM
Mike Woodson needs to shake up the rotation

Period

Everyone is on notice.

Toure Murry. Hardaway. Artest. Anthony. Aldrich
