Woody has to go. He isnt even a shadow of the coach he was last year, and then he had his problems, but this is embarrassing.
We need to look for a deal for Melo between this and next year.
Any contract past 2015 needs to be moved.
I wish none of these players wore a Knicks uni anymore. They are all a disgrace.
Lets pray for a new owner.
There is no legit reason this team is losing games to bad teams. If you have good coaching you should be able to get a team full of vets to execute a game plan. From what i'm seeing this team was not properly prepared and lack chemistry and direction. Forget about the whole "accountability" thing cuz that is just a myth. This team plays like strangers and a well coached team shouldn't look like that.
Melo and Bargs should be the focus of the offense and the plays should create great shots for them or outlet shots for the role players. Woody didn't have to reinvent the wheel here? He had some things that worked well last year and that should've formed the base of his system this year. Then just add some fresh twists to that and you have instant chemistry. It's like he ditched everything and now he has nothing. This idea of letting the players do their own thing if they defend is a mess. They need structure on both ends.
I'm tired of watching this team look lost out there. You can dislike the talent but that shouldn't mean the coach gets a pass for not doing a good job.
The legit reason we're losing to bad teams is we're a bad team.

Looks like Woody figured out our identity lol
“When you lose Chandler, you take that kind of big man off any team, and they’re gonna have a problem. That’s the problem.”
- Donnie Walsh
What does Walsh have to say about being forced by Dolan to trade every asset?
Did he speak about signing Amare to $100mil uninsured? Whether is was his or Dolan's idea?
Those would be some of my questions to Donnie

come on there is no bright side on negativity ... the situation is very frustrating but you are not helping yourself by rooting for the Knicks to loose

How do you know? It's working out fine for me
Knicks lose and I no longer dwell on the losses. It's been therapeutic for my mental health

Woody was never a great x's and o's coach with us- his strength was that he was the right fit for the team the last two seasons- he seemed to connect with them and got the most out of the players.
This year he doesn't have that connection. As that was his only strength, he's pretty much useless now.
Still, who are you replacing him with?
last year was a blip on the radar. woods has coached many playoff teams of 45+ victories.
the issue is the owner and the pressure cooker that is ny.
