IMO the shooting was off due to fatigue. You don't realize how playing the Pacers on a 2nd night of Bac2bac is tough. The Knicks gave it their all but you could see they were gassed at the end. All that hand to hand combat is really tough.

We'll see how they play next time they face a poor team, but it's the mark of a bad team to only get up for big teams.

Looking at the next 5 games they will beat the Wiz then lose the next 4. Should be 4-12

The whole point of Bargs was to bring Hibbert out but in the OT he used KMart so the Pacers were able to hide Hibbert on KMart. That move made ISO melo even harder with Hibbert now patrolling the paint.

Probably still only be about 2 games behind in the Atlantic so.

On the bright side, if we can get performances like this from Udrih and Martin on a regular basis, we might just turn things around.

Paul George is an example of a super star who deserves what Melo will be asking for next season. Solid two way player, who's unselfish, great team mate, and plays within the flow of the game. Oh did I also say he plays defense....1 on 1 against Melo all game? Wow, I almost forgot what a star player suppose to look like with all this Melo bully ball stuff. Melo knows he's too slow against these younger budding stars, so he plays bully ball. Which puts his entire team on ice, and creates a culture of more iso plays for JR Smith and others. If we are trying to win a championship, this is not the team to do it, and several trades must happen. If we are trying to get a draft pick, sell your talent for picks.....IT'S THAT SIMPLE.

Vs

Allowing any team to just walk all over you all season....

At this rate, Melo will be damaged goods and not even worth any trades....He's a great player, solid scorer....But not the superstar you build around....He's just a great complimentary player, next to your star player.

I guarantee you that Woody doesn't even realize that. The weakness of Woody is his X's and O's, Hejust isn't an elite BB mind and this team really NEEDS a coach that can give them an edge. WAY too much ISO and a few actual BB plays isn't gonna cut it.

Vmart @ 11/20/2013 10:20 PM
The Knicks played extremely hard and they still lost. This isn't a good sign this team still doesn't have the coaching and talent to compete with top level teams.

Bad teams play to the level of their competition....So don't worry, we will play like crap against the next bad team. Then play like a playoff team against a good team. And lose them both.

I'm sorry, but I have zero confidence in this team now....Regardless if they start winning or not. We are far from playoff material. I say cut your loses now, while Shump and other still have value. Otherwise, Shumps value is slowly dropping....our only trade asset.

It's not all doom and gloom. They know they can play better as they saw it tonight. The chemistry is slowly getting better. We'll be getting Tyson and Felton back and maybe even Tyler to help off the bench at some point. This team will eventually start winning games.

Well Beno was a bright spot kinda

Saw something on Tyler today. He is still working out at the Knicks training facility. Also, Beno and Pablo both played well. Felton has been dragging a leg and trying to play through stuff and the backups are too good to allow him to be at less then 100%

I hate using Phils famous words, but the knicks have a sloppy roster, coach, GM and owner....

I think he said clumsy but he wasn't offered the job and was cracking back. Not a Phil fan.

Horrible call
markvmc @ 11/20/2013 10:51 PM
It's a soft one for sure, but he didn't go straight up and he grazed the shooter's elbow. All he had to do was not do that and we were home.
