Lol you guys are talking about the Knicks losing games to get draft picks? Why so we can trade them away for garbage? I'm rooting for the Knicks to implode so badly that attendance rates drop and people stop supporting the Dolan regime. I want Dolan to lose money... its hard but you never know. As a fan and consumer I am sick of this "product" they put out... frankly its just so ridiculous. It's like going to a steakhouse and getting a hotdog. Why would you want to pay $100 for a steak and get a hotdog instead? And Dolan is a big weener. He doesn't know how to make steaks, let the chefs make the steaks and get out the damn kitchen already.

No doubt - it's a long shot but it's our only shot
The final draft pick given up in the Marbury trade turned out to be Gordan Hayward/Paul George.
I would wait until the trade deadline though before deciding to go into blow it up mode though. Right now everyone is at there lowest value so its best to see if Tyson can come back and start to win some games.
Long term it would be best to move whoever we can for future picks and go into 2015 with as much picks and cap space as we possibly can and truthfully thats what any franchise other then the Knicks would do.

So by this logic you should expect more losing, because last year that team got more wins.
The rooting for losses wont affect Dolan, if anything the team will make a trade just for doing so that wont help them team either.
The best course is to let the entire team ride it out, if they still suck address it all in the offseason with a priority of not resigning melo and hoping bargnani opts out, so he can stay out.
tank next season and hope to hit the lotto in 2015 + cap space.

Even if we won a total of 3 games this entire season, Dolan would blame someone else and carry on as he always does- max contract for Melo (bargaining against himself is his forte), etc etc

Don't "crush"(pun intended) our hope that Dolan will finally change. The "Star" player you mention is a robin. Robin is useless without batman. The only value melo is bringing right now is higher ticket prices. The 1 year of being good seems like the exception to the decade plus rule that the Knicks must suck. The 1 year we were good we played terrible in the playoffs, where it actually counts.

Because Isiah was calling the sabotaging shots back then as well as today.
Same mindset of derailing the team. He got the dirt on Dolan this is why he made these
comments: He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.
