Knicks · When Tyson comes BACK (page 1)

Tell Melo to stop laughing, when he loses a ball or gets stripped or makes a bad pass.

Tell Prigioni to penetrate more when the lane is wide open and don't forget to shoot when wide open.

Tyson play the way you did before you got injured on the side of you knee

Tell Felton to play within the team concept and remember to make players better on the court.

Tell Shumpert to slash and go back door more often so teams won't play him so tight.

Tell JR if you want to play take good shots or you will sit down until you get it.

Tell Bargania to keep going to his sweet spots and help out in the lane on defense.

Tell Hardaway to get to his sweet spots and only shoot when the ball comes to him in rhythm or fast break.

Tell Kmart to be more aggressive on offense in the post to keep teams honest.

Tell Touure Murray to get ready to play like he did in the NBDL as a vital part of a championship team.

Tell Amare if you refuse to play defense you will have to sit , and only play when we are up big.

Tell Aldrich be ready to play if our bigs get hurt or are in foul trouble, you are fundamentally sound in what we lack.

Tell Udriah Play the way you played when you played for the Spurs real heady to make the right play.

While he's talking to himself, can you tell him to make sure we maybe play better than 1-3 while he plays like he did before he broke his leg?

The only suggestion I have is tell Melo to play on both ends of the floor and pass the ball when he's doubled or doesn't have a good look at the basket. That in itself will light a fuse under the role players who think he doesn't play hard on both ends of the court.
GustavBahler @ 12/2/2013 8:00 PM
Melo wasn't dominating the ball the last game, did a good job of getting players involved, was passing out of a double team (not every time) it was his defense that hurt us. Shump was right to read him the riot act. Unfortunately it got him benched. Unfortunately it might have been the final nail in the coffin. Like to hear Woodson say he doesn't like Shump now. Who plays a guy who says his knees are bothering him and playing like crap, over someone who was playing well on both ends of the court? Office politics creeping into coaching decisions. Might become another Knicks refugee if this keeps up. Life's too short.

Lololol! awesome

I hope we aren't waiting for Tyson to come back before we make a move. They said he might be 3 weeks away. The season could be over by then.
IronWillGiroud @ 12/3/2013 7:28 AM
If they put together 4 or 5 wins starting thursday, things will look a lot better.

Pelicans game didn't look that bad, we were in there and in the driver's seat late

My fear is that shump's days are numbered

Office politics has always been an issue with the Knicks, what ever happen to you don't hustle on both ends of the court you will sit. That example should light a fire under players if they really want to play. I'm sure Murray and Aldrich want to play.

Not to this degree, JR is breaking new ground.
