yet you drag your ass on here not to talk basketball but worry about what tkf says.... go figure

I came in here looking for a decent Basketball convo only to find you going on another Melo rant.

Another thread ruined courtesy of tkf

Actions speak louder than words, certainly more than a "toast". Most folks dont even recall the toasts they make after they drink.

Chris Paul had a golden moment to force his way here, when his agent put out news he wanted to be traded to the Knicks.

He then denied it all.

exactly, if all the drunken toast I made were actually things I had planned on accomplishing, I would be in a lot of trouble.. rofl..

I'm sure it's been discussed here already but if not --

PJ Hairston is a guy that could go either way in this next draft. He could go somewhere midway 1st round where he probably belongs based on talent or he could go undrafted on account of all the trouble he's had with the law. As I said before I can't get excited about this draft at all, or any draft where we have no picks. But this is a guy worth keeping an eye on -- he's talented. I read where Roys Williams said he's probably the best perimeter player he's every coached...Trouble with the law but he didn't kill anyone. Traffic stop, rental cars he's driven have been linked to a convicted felon (how does this happen exactly?), driving w/o a license, weed in the car and a gun. We've heard all this stuff before -- he's not the first one. I don't condone anything he's done BUT...come on, I've heard of worse things. Guys mature and he's paid a huge price getting dismissed from school. Maybe everyone passes on this kid and we could have a crack late in the draft with a pick we acquire somehow or right after the draft concludes in FA -- I could see a similar path that Glen Rice Jr. has taken...I think he's better than anything we have at 2G right now. Could be a future all-star, a much more consistent version of JR Smith.
