Was that Hardaway or melo or the black Novak? Those are the only cats who shoot that far away and make it. I remember when JR had that range.

I just saw a perfect example of JR's bad Basketball IQ. He is bringing the ball up to Tim tried to go to the wings like he should because the person bringing the ball up should go to the middle to create space and oppertunities to score. JR goes to the wings and causes a turnover with a dumb pass.

How well this team plays is exclusively a function of whether or not they're hitting shots. OTOH good teams find ways to win when their shots aren't falling e.g. they move the ball, create motion, rebound, and increase their defensive cohesiveness/intensity. This year's Knicks haven't figured that out. At this juncture, it's unlikely they ever will.

Knicks won't play pretty but fully healthy they'll be too much for the other bottom feeders. This is looking like a back to the days of mediocrity team. Good enough to make playoffs but not a finals team.
