winning requires sacrifice. money off the court and selfishness on the court are what need to be sacrificed in order to win. he was overpaid the first time around with us. he is not quite there in terms of selfishness on the court so he needs someone to put him in his place like billups did once and kidd managed to do for 25-30 games last season.

it is fine to criticize but a little bit of fairness would be welcome ... critics mean that you can do good or bad, with some variance around the mean, some people doing more good than bad or the opposite.
