I read the initial post wrong. I saw tkf was referenced and I assumed I was supposed to be naming players who had losing seasons. Whoops!
Big Shot Bob. Probably the most interesting for me. He actually never had a losing season in 16 years. Playing for 4 different teams. The closest to having a losing season was in 96/97 playing 500 ball with the Suns, but then he was traded to the Lakers ending his year in a winning note.

Bizarre question. It's an interesting topic but it has nothing to do with TKF's comment. Nowhere in the quote you provided did he say that a good way to evaluate an individual player is to look at the record of the 12 man team. Normally "our talent" would mean the talent of the entire roster.
