Also, do teams protect second rounder picks?
Yes the pick the knicks got from OKC was protected via Sacremento(I think)
hopefully he is the first of many trades to come.

Agreed next year is gonna be bad anyway so at least we can stockplie picks and then in 2015 we should have a lot of cap space to get now top FA

Absolutely. What could we get for him though, a 2 rounder at best?
I'll take it. Do we even have a second rounder in the Draft this june? Denver is in position to get a lottery Pick Courtesy of Dolan.
Grunwald got a second rounder for Brewer last year. I would think Beno's value would be at least that high.
That was included in that "brilliant" Bargnani deal.

I submit that you should change your name to "Netsfan"?

Sac for bench warming fredette
To Golden State for a 2nd? What about for Marshon Brooks?

Yeah but right now that pick is 56th out of 60 picks. The knicks moved three players for one and opened up two roster spots. Murry and tyler are in those spots. Have to hope both guys are better thenthe 56th player taken in the 2014 draft.
i would love a shot at brooks
When is Melo requesting for a trade?
Cut the fugger already, if our front office wasn't inept, they would have know Barbosa was playing in Brazil or jumped on DJ Augustine...He got beat out by Toure anyway...He can't run an offense or see the floor...Let not talk about defense...
Time for Ben-O to get Lost-O

Barbosa sucks. Augustin is alright but it's not like he would stop the bleeding.

I'd rather have Novak and Camby as our 14th and 15th men with our draft picks than Bargnani and Cole Aldrich.

I agree and I also think he is forgetting about the 1st round pick and second 2nd round pick.
Good, I can't stand him. A lot of PGs are injured so hopefully we can capitalize and get a second rounder

Haha I knew an attack would be coming. What, you think you are an awesome fan because you dont think about how messed up this franchise really is and how they eliminate every enjoyment part of being a fan? Congrats then. Take your medal with Dolan's smiling face imprinted on it.
If I make the comment is because, in fact, I love this team and will follow it, whether closely or eztremely casual like they deserve right now. I can't just switch teams, even if I want to, as I said before.
I bet we end up releasing him - getting nothing back.
We should include our 2015 lottery pick to entice a team to take him off our hands!
Udrith has been dissapointing overall but he was ok running our O when he got starts . The real issue is that all 4 of our pgs are backups, none are starters. Some team with need will trade a second rder for Udrith as a backup given his past experience, average abilty and low pay
