Melo is for sure i have never seen him so nervous
Don't listen to many Shane Battier interviews. Very charismatic.
Melo with some rough looking shots to close out the half. GREAT tip by Tyson, and back to back great plays by Kenyon.

not really the heat are just playing well. battier has pretty much shutdown melo and they are hitting their threes
Huh, all we have to do is attack the basket , guys aren't even looking for their shots and are open
The players should know that. I mean i knew that playing 5th grade b-ball
Miami was nervous early on too, but their coach settled them down,
You never played at MSG on superbowl eve either.
7 down at the half is a bit of a result for us.
NO WAY i'm listening to Mike Breen

I agree. Look im not a woodson fan but this is the NBA not pre-K. Woodson cant tell them how to do every single little thing

You never seen Lebron play nervous at the beginning of a tough game,Melo isn't excempt.
When you play at home the fans expect you to play all out even against the champs, do you see his face does he look like he's ok ? Even Clyde said he playing nervous ! You must don't know basketball or something.

Coaches coach , how they speak in the huddles can have an calming effect on their players.

Right now, we're being met at the half court line with a pressing defense. No penetration by the guards. Either we hit some jumpers or go to the hole. Maybe the coach can give direction. Just sayin'.

Yes but you make it seem that everything has to be teh coach. Coaching is important but as a basketball player you also have to do some things on your own especially in the nba

look im not denying that BUT the players also have to pull tehir weight
Melo bricking, Prigs with the turnover, Tyson giving a clear lane to Chalmers. Everyone needs to tighten up here.
Prigs is just killing me..
