Knicks · Jeremy LIN's 1st career triple double (page 2)

You cannot have Lin on the organization with Dolan, Melo, Woodson alike.
This people are not compatible.
I think all that transpired with Lin and Knicks is fair and deserved by both sides.

And yet there was a strange silence all through January and December when he was averaging 12pts, 42% FG 26% 3PT 4.7 ASSISTS and 2.4 TO's

It's all about Linning!!!.."There is no ball movement when Harden is playing"..Star holding the ball is bad, Lin is good...

Harden played last night

ToddTT @ 2/2/2014 10:34 AM
Can't we just agree to talk about Jeremy Lin... regardless of how he is playing?
ToddTT @ 2/2/2014 10:35 AM
I wonder if Tyler can be convinced to change his last name.

He struggled when he returned from injury. It doesn't make sense to make too much out of any one month. Still, wouldn't that be our best month's production from the PG spot anyway?

I'm happy for J Lin he's a baller and proving the naysayers wrong by the minute

He isn't really though. I like Lin, but he was average last season. Then he was great at the start of this season, then he was slightly below average. Now his last two games were good ones. My issue is just with people only posting about him when he has a good game,as though thats his norm, and then keeping quiet when he's struggling.

There's no trade interest in him and he's grossly overpaid. I think he's better than what he's shown and Houston is a bad fit for him, though.

He was very smart in his approach to free agency. He signed a deal where he is getting paid more than he is worth. Unfortunately the argument that he needs to play somewhere else to fulfill his potential is mute because he has a contract that can't be moved.

Every time he puts up decent numbers these threads pop up, about once a month...I wish people would just be honest and keep it real...He went for the money and you can blame him for that..U can't also blame Dolan and the Knicks...Could Lin help here?? yes..Would our record be much different?? no...He is ok, there is a place for him in the NBA...He took the money and wanted more in Houston, he is on a better team, good for him..He should embrace the opportunity to win with better players around him...

Why do we keep talking about Lin? If he really wanted to be here he could have been here. If he is that good why is Houston trying to get rid of him? Oh that 15 million dollar backend is coming up. and they have no chance of winning a championship since he got there.Houston's star is a bigger ball hog than Melo. Houston may not get out of the first round. I hope they choke on that 15 million dollar pay to Lin. He will never get that again. I doubt he get 3 million a year after that.

Every time Lin has a night that is reminiscent of Linsanity. It really depresses me

I'm sick of this fuckin team

Too bad you are leaving the UltimateKnicks forum. Good luck with the Houston Forum. Good posting.
Well I guess gunsnewing is gone.

Why do people keep asking why we keep talking about Lin?

I'm just wondering what we should do next. Send him some flowers? Oooh... how about an edible arrangement?!?

ToddTT @ 2/2/2014 2:29 PM
Lucky day!!! They have this right now:

There's a larger size... but I think that would make us look a little desperate.

Lin's having another up and down season where he's made it clear that he's a borderline starting PG who is getting paid like a good starting PG.

oh and gfl = gay for Lin

Felton isn't the answer at PG but neither was Lin, especially at his bloated price.

Because Lin came off the bench in under 30 minute and had himself a triple double. He almost had a triple double the game before as well. Houston is a championship contender team. What is New York Knicks right now?

I'd rather take borderline PG at this point. Wouldn't you? I see Felton has brought so much to the team. (sarcasm)

You're worrying and arguing about a player salary? are you working for Knicks front office? what does that even matter to you how much Lin is getting paid.

salary matters to the haters for Melo, but salary is no object and it's only Dolan's money when we're talking about Lin, right? I don't give a F about Dolan's money, but there is such a thing as a Cap, and letting Lin walk at the time wasn't the worst idea given that he can't shoot and he turns the ball over too much.

seriously i think half of you guys are Asian and the other half are sexually attracted to Lin. The guy can't even win the starting job on his own team, give it a rest. He's decent, but nobody wants him at his current price. The Rockets would have dealt him in a heartbeat if anyone came knocking, but nobody did.

I do feel Lin is vastly overpaid, but I agree...not my money.

I also agree his deal is quite hard to move just like Asik.

Lin is a good player though, but not the player I'd want leading my team.

who is leading our team right now?
