I can't complain too much about the end of the game from Wood's standpoint. We had back to back actual plays ran. That was 2 more times than the whole season up until this game. The last shot was not much of a play but I got 2 more plays than I expected.
Terrible subbing throughout the game where the fuck was Tyler in the second half ... Chandler non existent in protecting the paint. Subs thjr for shump at crunch time... When we needed his scoring ... Learn how to call plays on offense for players other then melo... Fire Woodson and please for the love of god get rid of Felton and chandler . I pry every night that Woodson gets fired and that we trade chandler and Felton and get a pg that can actually play defense

I couldn't help myself I had to watch the last 5 min. All season long we've been getting burned with the long ball. Other team are in our face and we stand 6 feet away from the three point line. Melo is a great scorer but the final shot of the game?? NA We need a point guard and defenders who can shoot. Young teams are our worst enemy.

The Bucks have a nice young core despite their record. They stole Branden Knight for the over rated Branden Jennings--Middleton and Giannis are really good looking young players. Theyll be a team on the rise with a top 3 pick.
As for our Knicks-well Melo scores 36 and JR 30+ 50% and they lose to the Bucks?

With Shump and Hardaway you have one guy that lifts weights before games and one guy that shoots for three hours before games. It shows. Woodson needs to be loyal to the kid that gives him the best chance to win. No one would question his loyalty to Shump at this point.

Shump and Felton were 3/14 tonight and neither one can chase players off screens and both get beat back door a ton. Shump is coming off an injury though.
Edit: on top of that Hardaway was 2/10 and doesn't give hardly anything on D yet. SO that is 5/24 from the field and 2/4 from the FT line. Throw in Pablo who is a none shooter and that's crazy bad
We need a pg sooo bad and if the front office doesn't see that they obviously don't know what it takes to win in the nba

Yeah but Shump can't shoot anymore and he can't finish. Not sure what he needs. Does time in the dleague help him? Would it ruin him or his value?

This team has no identity....Are we going to out score you or play defense? We tried to out score teams with MDA, and that didn't work. So let our offense go to other teams (Lin, Novak, Copeland, etc...) bring in Woodson to improve our defense. The only problem is our defense looks even worst. Lets be honest....Felton, Chandler, Prigs, JR, Shump.....These guys are really backup players on a good team! If they played on the heat, they might not even get much playing time.
This team is not constructed well.....Why limp into the playoffs, when you can start over, trade Melo....Dump salary...Get some picks...and rebuild the right way, with an actual plan (picks, free agency, whatever)....Instead of this backup last minute thing we did,trying to save face after losing out on Lebron! All we are doing is patching up holes, while creating new holes.
We need 12 to 15 points from Shump, 14 and 8 from Felton and at least 12 and 10 from Tyson to be a consistent and viable team.....otherwise the struggle will continue.
