Yeah, but he dumped this .400 team on us. This is Grunwald's team right now.
I think everything is different if grunwald is still here. Woodson lost his safety net, his voice in regards to who made his team, who started and how many minutes guys could play. You couldn't sabotage a coach and team more than Dolan did.
well melo did a bangup job in terms of sabotaging d'antoni

we were gonna get a 2nd for beno, and another team beat us out
were gonna get a first for shumpert and declined itwe have no assets
I think the Knicks could get revisit the OKC deal on draft night. They are stuck with Felton though. Also, did melo approve moving felton?
You want to trade Shumpert for the 30th overall pick?
you want to lose Shumpert for nothing?
a pick is a pick, you could actually gatherd picks through garbage disposel and try and get a better PG, or a better C that actually guarding and rebounds.
we just didn't do anything, we tried, but everybody beat us to it, which means that, 2014-2015 will be even worse than now, much more depressing, mainly because there is no trust in the coach, no D, no PG, really nothing
I guess the other gm's didn't realize mills has more cachet then grunwald.

lol... what was the Knicks record after MDA left? What was MDA's record with the Knicks? Lakers? Hee-haw
Pathetic. Sad. Oh well at least there is beer.
Dolan doesn't need to explain himself to anybody.
Beno is literally a scrap heap player. Anyone could have him for nothing. So hard to fault MSG for not turning that turd into wine.
Im glad we didnt trade Shump to OKC for the 30th pick in the draft. Shump is worth more than that, and a healthy happier Shump under a new coach next year will be worth more than whatever pick 30 yields. No probs with that.
MSG has phucked so many things up, but I dont really see what they were supposed to do at the deadline. You can hope something nice happens... but it was as quiet a deadline as I can remember in a long time

god I love beer. If god made anything that tastes beter than beer or pu$$y he kept it for himself.

Isn't Mills supposed to be more available to the media than Grunwald? Wasn't that part of the job description given when he was hired?
Well guys, i don't think it's rain that falling on us from the front office up there at MSG

At this point you hope that Shump works on his game this offseason (something he couldn't do last offseason or the offseason before due to various surgeries) and see if a new a coach can bring out the best in him. I'd take that gamble rather than settle for the 30th pick.

this is exactly what i'm saying. there is mo fans - front office interaction, whatsoever, the celebs will keep on coming, and us, the true fans will keep get pissed on.
those who have hope that:
A) Shump will work on his game
B) Tyson will work on his game
C) Stat will stay healthy
D) a new coach will be here next season
you are delusional kind of people, i'm not abandoning ship, i stayed the last decade, nothing worse can get from here, but at least don't be naive, we as fans should demand that Mills/Dolan will speak about what is going on, not just sit on our ass and say, '2015 - the big plan is coming', what plan god dammit???
NO move is better than a bad move.
Kudos for not doing anything stupid.

+1
The old Knicks would do something stupid just to do something on a mandate from dohlan
amazing, the front office can't speak. wow. just wow. i thought the only thing mills was supposed to be good at was being a polished bs mouthpiece for a public voice.
They should have gotten something/anything for Beno at least
Had we NOT done the trade for AB, we could have gotten possibly Spencer Hawes possibly even Evan Turner back, considering what they were traded for 3 2nd round picks, maybe we had a 2018 1st rounder and push for Thad Young insisting him to be in it
They would have to take back a salaries that do not go beyond 2015 though, maybe Pablo
so
2016 and 2018 1st rounder
2 2nd round picks (one OKC's this summers)
I would have starphucked to please Anthony if they do not want him to walk and intended on not making trades to get younger
for
Turner
Thad Young
Spencer Hawes
add in a Tony Wroten if possible
for
Chandler /STAT/AB one of these contracts
Fillers not including Melo, Tim Hardaway JR, JR, Iman, Tyler
1st rounders
2018
2020
2nd round picks
2018
2019
2020
add in 3m in cash only if they give us a 2014 mid/later 2nd rounder
Knicks SL
G's
Tony Wroten (or Evan Turner, Pablo, Murry, Bobby Brown)
Evan Turner (or Tim Hardway JR or JR)
F's
Thad Young
Melo (choosing the easier defender)
C
Spencer Hawes
Bench
==============
PG
JR
Iman
Tim Hardaway JR
STAT
AB/Chandler whoever is kept
Tyler/Kmart
Summer 2014, resign CA, change the entire coaching staff
Draft PG or C, Burton or the 7-2 C, Jordan Bachynski, hopefully buying the rights for the 2nd one after when we are eligible to use the 3m in cash in trades again
3 MLE
target a PG like
Sessions, Bayless, Collison, Mo Williams,
Consider trading for Lowry in the summer if the price is right and possibly trading for Pierre Jackson
Waive some players like MWP (who I think is done if we cannot trade him)
vet min
James Johnson 2 year guaranteed
Bobby Brown
