Are you kidding? Scott happened. Teague taking it to Hardaway happened. Also, saw some cheap shots from Carrol and Martin on Melo. Extra contact, hitting him when the ball/play was happening on the other side of the court etc. Part of the game but guys do react.

Knicks need a coach/gm tandem like they had but maybe better. Not Mills and not Woodson. Woodson was Grunwald's coach and that worked. He isn't mills' coach and it isn't working. Mills isn't working out. Keep him as president if that is necessary but a hire a basketball guy to be gm and let him hire a coach.

Mills was brought in because he has more 'cachet' then Grunwald. One guy got the team to 54 wins and was third in exec of the year voting. The other guy hired Isiah, orchestrated the Mcdyess trade and has never run a team or a draft. One guy worked with the coach and supported him the other guy talks to players and tells the coach who he has to keep on the team, who he can start, who can play when and minimizes the coaches authority to the point where players yell in the coaches face, push him, attempt to sabotage him speak about negatively about him in the press, and throw games to make a point to the coach etc. Mills/Dolan is a joke. Cue I'm your puppet.

TKF I know you say that melo can't draw a crowd and that makes him less of a star, but I was at the game tonight in ATL and he got quite the ovation. I believe you live in the Georgia area and attend hawks games yourself, so it's interesting you believe people don't come to see him play. 70% of the crowd at tonight's game would disagree...
