Great win. Love when the Knicks best the nets.
Hawks are about to lose but the Knicks still really need to pick up 1 game in the standings. Will have have 2 fewer losses down the stretch than the Hawks.
Espn has the Knicks in the 8 spot.
good guard play.. good win
now the test comes these next few games...
win or go home...
When Shumpert Hard jr and JR play this way--this is a whole different team.

It is by percentage points but they are 1 back in the loss column and have played 2 more games than the Hawks. If the Knicks go 3-3 and the Hawks go 4-4, the Knicks would finish tied with the Hawks but lose the tiebreaker and miss the playoffs. If the Knicks and Hawks finish with the same amount of wins, the Knicks would make it. But bear in mind the Knicks would have do that in 6 games while the Hawks would be doing it in 8, so the Knicks would essentially have to play 1 game better than the Hawks.
The key to our winning is JR playing out of his mind and Felton taking very few shots.
A great win- nice to see Shump playing like he used to! Some beautiful basketball plays (aside from the 3rd Q!).
I'm guessing that THJ's recent slump had something to do with Jackson becoming team president. He trailed off at the same time Jackson was hired. The rookie might have been worried about impressing Phil. Looking more comfortable now. Wasn't the only one.
Shump actually was making defenders go the wrong way, finishing at the rim. Had a nice move behind the back with his dribble. Been hoping he would do that for a while. Hope Shump can keep it up.
I was impressed how they passionately argued a call at the end of 3rd with a 22 point lead. Wish we had seen this passion a lot earlier but maybe its just enough to make the playoffs.

When the Knicks have leadership that is respected so that players are held accountable, that's when we get this kind of play from this roster

That behind the back move was the most fun I've had watching the Knicks in a LONG time

He is a rookie so slumps happen. For the most part he has been the steal of the 2013 draft. the 2013 draft was a weak class and Hardaway was a late round pick. They also dont run set plays for him so its tough for him to always score big every night. Just needs to work on defense
Beautiful win. Nyets couldn't convert on turnovers. Actually got to listen to this one on nice, clear static-y 880AM!
Nyets radio announcers are funny. You could tell the game's over halfway through the 4th quarter because they stopped the play by play and were doing commentary on how great the Spurs are! Too funny!
And not one post about the Melo block on the break. I guess we won't be seeing another "Carmelo Stat Line against Brooklyn" thread, either, huh? Because the Nyets are a D-league scrub team...oh wait, they're not.
The unidimensional scorer. with 10 boards, 3 dimes, 2 steals and a block. On 50% shooting. Loser.
Shump on Dwill was nice. All I kept hearing was "DWill backs out...DWill trapped...DWill retreats"
Bit more than the Billings this game. Every match has been a blowout.

I like melo but to be fair guys like jr smith hardaway prigioni and even shumpert have really stepped up their game. Melo has bene fine but there is no need to defend him all the time

Likewise. Shump showing confidence around the rim could make a big difference. He would be the two way player many predicted Shumpert would become this season. Has to do this every game.
