Guys he shot 11-28 with no free throws, since when is that fantastic? Even 10-22 from 3 isn't that good when you stop and think about it. Basically he was making 3's at a slightly above average rate but just kept taking them. He went 1-6 from 2. It was a good game, but not a "great" performance. I'm sure there are many players who have scored 10 3's in a game much more efficiently, and since he set the record it's clear everyone else to make 10 3's in a game took less shots to make them.

It was actually pretty efficient (TS and eFG of 57+ (same since there were no FT's)).

if you can shoot like that in the playoffs then who needs to get to the line but we both know that he won't and thats when you need to earn free points.

Yes, but remember the games at the end of last season, during his sixth man of the year campaign, the incredibly efficient numbers he was putting up? He would go 8/10, 11/13, very high percentages with TS% that I'm sure were through the roof (he wasn't shooting as many threes, but was hitting more foul shots). So while this game you could say he was hot, it wasn't the kind of spectacular performances we were seeing last year. That's the JR I want, (unlikely), and I guess I'm just not particularly impressed by his 57% TS based on outlier 3PT shooting that will not be replicable for him. Also, even if you're hitting them at a high rate, 22 3's is really ridiculous, unless you're like steph curry hot, which he definitely wasn't.

The league avg is 35% and if you are doing better than that, you are doing well.

So as long as someone can hit 3's at 35.01% or higher you think they should shoot a 3 everytime they get the ball every game so long as they maintain an average greater than 35%?
