no melo isn't top ten, please, stop posting that crap!!!!
WILL THE BOARD PLEAS STOP SAYING HE IS A TOP TEN PLAYER, AND PLEASE STOP SAYING HE IS THE BEST PURE SCORER IN THE LEAGUE!!
every time it is said.. I will check it...
And yes Noah played like top 10 player this year? No rose, No deng, boozer was trash and the bulls still get to the playoffs.. he had no running mate, no other all star, and the bulls made it to the playoffs with that team...
Melo is top 10...

Whats more insane is the you think that D Rose and Him are 3 and 4. That is preposterous.
He can crack the top top if he stopped forcing contested long 2's and passed more (which would happen with better shot selection).
We ever he goes, I expect him to address these issues. No more coddling and enabling.
Ha...Jordan use to tell Phil who to put in the game...Kobe didn't run Phil's plays all the time and wanted him traded and netted 5 rings anyway...Phil is just a man...
Kobe was overrated. He should kiss phil's huge shoes.
BTW: someone said Bradley Beal is overrated? tell me where is he rated? so far he looks very good... and he is still just a baby, at 21 years of age? his best years are far ahead of him and he is getting it done now....

Can't we have a discussion without this crap?
Can't you just ignore him?

It was Yellowboy and he was right.
Washington has a good team and he may be really good one day but he is certainly overrated now (based on the regular season).
He is having a much better playoffs than his regular season though. Lets see if it continues.
The issue I have with you guys is if someone gets hot then they are a star...I've been watching this game a long time, lots of players get hot..Doesn't make them stars...Vin Baker balled exactly 1 year...I can go one..The guys who show up year after year after year..
This was Melo's best season ever..27 and 8...
Melo is the best scorer ever!!!

Number of points are irrelevant. C'mon!
Its how efficient you are doing it.
He had a very good year, mainly because how good he was from 3. He has gotten more efficient over the last 2 years but he still should be doing better.
Brooks isn't a good coach..He doesn't know how to coach Westbrook..Russell should play off he ball more..He should do both..He has to play better defense ..He has to slow down and control the game ..Brooks is I in over his head..

Today you called Harden SUPER EFFICIENT...He shoots 45% from 2 and 37% from 3...That isn't efficient because he gets to the line...

That makes absolutely no sense!
I don't care how you score, I just care that you do without jacking up too many shots.
24 points on 15 shots a game is superb.

I disagree ..I think u have to look at how a player scores his points...I don't want my stats all jumbled together...I need to see the breakdown on how a player can be effective for situational basketball...Notice in the playoffs the refs don't willingly call the cheap fouls..It would be good to know that by looking at stats when u head to the playoffs...
Did I mention that Melo is great??

Harden was off. No need to blame the refs. If his shot was on, he would have gotten to the line more.
Situational stats are super important. If you know what you can improve on, you can improve your overall TS.

Bro, if you shoot 45% from 2 and 37 from 3 you are not Super Efficent because u master the head jerk in the lane to draw the foul...Won't work in the playoffs..Melo shot 46% overall and 41% from 3 but he isn't efficient...

He is 50% from 2 not 45. That is very efficient for a guard.
And 37% from 3 is very good as well, its the equivalent of something like 56-57%.
He is an 85% FT shooter, and he gets to the line.
You are way off. You can try to pull out the stats that work for you but it does not work or hold up.

My bad..I'm looking at the overall numbers..So what did Melo shoot from 2??..48%ish??
Tonight's OKC v. LAC match might have been the best Paul game I've watched. OKC is going to be in trouble if no one can stop Paul.
Didn't get to see the WAS v IND game.... Thoughts on Wall?

47.6 for his career and 46.9 for the season.
He is also a 34.5 percent career 3 point shooter.
Harden is at 36.9.

Wall was great ...He found his teammates..He mixes it up, shooting and passing..He isn't selfish..I still think he plays too fast at times but it growth..Beal and Wall will be very good for a long time to come...Indy is in trouble ..
