dk7th @ 5/31/2014 4:19 PM
spurs should have won last year. i hope tim duncan gets his 5th that way it will shut up the bryant slobberers
IronWillGiroud @ 5/31/2014 4:21 PM
the slobknobbers,

tim duncan still going strong all these years, he's a wooly mammoth

Why not. I have been rooting for them to lose every year. It's like one of those if you can't beat them might as well be on the winning side. Beside I want to see if my wanting them win makes them lose because it seems to work for me with the Knicks.

to be honest i feel it's like treason because heat is our history rival and we gotta be against them forever, just like the pacers

It can't be treason because Pat Riley is part of our past and now Phil Jackson is a Knick again after those Bulls-Knicks series. I decided since my team didn't sniff the playoffs I'm gonna go with the Heat.

I'd like the Spurs to win.

If Heat win, its one step closer Lebron makes toward Jordan.

I have no love for Jordan.

i'd like to see a class act like duncan go out a winner even if he ends up playing another couple of seasons.

count me in with the Spurs too, assuming that if they come up short it increases the chances the team's core breaks up. Maybe I'm wrong and if the Heat win it increases those odds. But my guess is if they come up short there will be some sort of change.

franco12 @ 6/2/2014 2:02 PM
I had to change my vote - I thought it was who do you think will win.

I'd like the Spurs to win- because they really play the right way, and they weren't put together with '3 amigos' colluding. I kinda view the heat as cheaters in that regard.

Hasn't Pop said he'll leave the bench when Duncan retires?

I am very much rooting for the Spurs but I just don't hate the Heat like I did a few years back. Lebrons maturity from the "Decison" and his first year clown act has impressed me. No more dancing commericals, no more making fun of opponents on the court, and the showing up playuers pretty much has stopped. Sure he whines, Jordan was always "Incredulous" when he was fouled and it was not called.

Heat to four straight finals and mostly on his back. Im impressed.

I was heart broken for SAS last season they coul not close the door on the Heat in game 6.

same

I want to Heat to win only because I am a Knick fan because I believe it would open the path of increasing the chance of the recruitment of Melo to The Heat or Melo with Lebron to another team possibly without compensation

but

I want the Spurs to win to win to redeem themselves and get that non call by Bosh/Green
Also to increase the chance of Tim Duncan/Poppavich/Buford to come for jobs with the rest of the staff if we decided not to go the triangle route

jrodmc @ 6/3/2014 8:24 AM
Hate the Heat. There's nothing to like there. I used to be a Wade fan, but not since the Flop Talent arrived in South Beach.

Spurs are boring, but how can you not root for them against the Heat?
