Sorry for reading it as serious... did seem extreme, BUT it would be something that Phil would throw at the Bulls if the Knicks were determined to not do a sign and trade for some strange reason.

To be honest, I don't care if he leaves, if leaving means he goes to Chicago. They could really help to jump start our rebuild. My only regret is that this mess wasn't sorted out before the draft so that we could've picked who we wanted. I respect McDougie's game but have questions about whether he can live up to his pick considering the depth of talent that was available.

No I guess he doesn't. He is a guy that I think is due a contract soon and I think the speculation is that they don't want to pay him.

It makes shumpert expendable and I hope phil see's that shumpert may never be the answer.
Not sure if the knicks require butler in the trade but they a first, butler or taj and some other lower level assets. Thats at least logical value to be expected. Not Mirotic and etc ...
