See I don't see that at all -- when he gets it in a sweet spot, we want him executing a post move or taking an open J...melo's different---when he makes up his mind to score it, it doesn't matter if the shot's not there initially, he'll just pound it and create his own shot...JR's the same way...it's just a different level of tunnel vision---worse than Amar'e IMHO. But with Melo, he's our best player so I'm willing to accept it from him most of the time...JR, I just can't accept it from him. hard to explain..

We waste so much time trying to develop a shot on offense...I wish we could find a balance between methodically setting it up and looking for quick scores a-la "7 secs or less."

Ok I saw a couple of glimmers of understanding from JR. ITS SO EASY and yet so hard for these guys. You can't force it!!! If you do there won't be room to drive. You have to go with the flow and let it come to you.
