I don't know what to say about this franchise anymore

Come on Sacramento I know Radaddy wants to win but be realistic with expectations
Malone would have been a solid hire if available when we were looking for coaches
The Owner wants a certain type of team, you hire a GM to fulfil it.
Then the GM hires his coach. Thats not what happend IN SAC.
So basically you think Phil, who wants his triangle should have hired Malone?
Thats not logical is it?

Malone is a good coach, is what I'm getting at
And yes I think Malone could have ran the triangle if asked to do so
Coaches are coaches in terms of student of the game
Yes they may have to implement their own principles but let's kill
This talk that only 5 coaches in this league can teach the triangle
Many are familiar with it but choose to run other systems
Which btw Brian Shaw was on Phil's short list and he doesn't run triangle
Ask yourself why not since it's a proven winning system or do the players make the system
Thus rendering the coach a bench prop

I don't know what to say about this franchise anymore
You think MSG pushed him out the window?
The guy was disruptive in MSG. He took off his leg in protest when they asked him to leave.
As a self proclaimed "Superfan" he put himself into the spotlight.
My take is this guy was not exactly wrapped too tight.
Its a tragedy he took his own life. But if you think "this franchise" is culpable is really a stretch.
Im disappointed that your not insinuating that Melo was somehow not resposible!

Phil wants his guy for a host of reasons. YOu don't like Fish so you'll justify it as you wish.
But logically GM will hire a guy he trusts. Phil sees the potential in Fish so its how he went.
Malone is a good coach but was the wrong guy in Sac. Not for his ability, but because the process by which he was hired.

The dude was a good person for the NBA community
He has a pipeline of proof he was
While he may have some internal issues deep within
MSG is well known of heightened fan sensitivity with security
This isn't the first fan incident run in with security
Everything from spiked mics to not holding up signs to shadowing people in the arena
On down to employees and media please GET REAL Nalod

I don't truly dislike Fish but he hasn't done a good job
Woodson proved you can win more games with this roster running a different system
Woodson is about as run of the mill as the come
And I understand the business of Owner-GM-Coach tied to the same
Let me pick my groceries circle, you stated nothing profound here
It doesn't detract from the points I brought up

Get real? Its an issue cuz the guy publically humiliated himself and his uber rational response was to dive through a window on the second floor and take his life and your asking me to get real?
Nalod not saying he is not sympathetic to young man so distraught he takes his own life, but your linking the kNicks to it. Thats a stretch.

It's not a stretch because it caused him emotional trauma and stress
He couldn't get good sleep, they dropped him on the seats and stairs when escorting him out
Left his leg in stands and basically humiliated him
There is already a history of MSG security doing things harsh and brash
Like throwing the guy out last yr because he was yelling F-Melo
While I don't condone such behavior this goes on routinely at every arena in almost every sport
Rowdy fans saying all kinds of things, you think it was this guy first time doing this
He's a New York lifer and supported both teams
Throwing fans out who put bags over their heads, throwing fans out for signs
They didn't have to do that, they could have sat down next to him and talked things out in a decent manner

Conflicting reports. Neither of us were there.
This guy obviously had problems. One would not charactorize suicide as a normal reaction to being tossed. The .gif on that url shows how they had to carry him out.
It was reported he was really sobbing and it was very very sad. He was warned numerous times and people complained.
Your implying MSG is culpable. I don't see how.

Yeah, I agree- MSG security guards can't conduct mental health assessments on people playing up, all they can do is remove them if there is a problem- the people playing up might have issues that are causing them to act the way they're acting, but how are the security guards suppose to know that? And also does it make any difference? If you're playing up, you're playing up and you have to go.

I find it peculiar and odd his presence
At a Knicks game growing up being a Kenny Anderson fan
And probably seeing countless number of games in person
That this experience was any different than how he normally is
He was 38yrs old and there are countless number of
Accolades towards this guy on twitter as to how he was with fans
From all walks of life, this guy was kicked out
Just like the stock brocker last yr because our product sucks
So we have to take it out on someone else, nothing has changed with the douchebaggery that is MSG
That's why Hahn and Wally shake in their boots to say anything remotely negative about the team
Unless they've been given the green light to go at a player
Who appears to be on the disowned list, where's Kelly Tripuka these days?
This is the same organization who had an employee shadow Mike Woodson
All the way to the bidet just assure he wouldn't say
Anything to the press off record or not in their presence

he should hire Nard to fuk around with the team on a daily basis.
that will make em happy
