Hardaway is next to be moved. He is terrible.
GS, with no Bogut/Ezeli and limited Lee, blowing out OKC to the half. Seems unlikely Durant will stay cold in the second half but GS sure looks like the deeper, better, team.
thats the way you coach a team
Epic Finish Detroit vs Spurs
Spurs crumbled on the inbound and Jennings comes up clutch
With a left handed layup, Detroit is not playing around
Pistons are on fire! Playing some of the best basketball in the league over the last couple of weeks. They are only 3 1/2 behind the Heat. They was they are playing its doable for sure...
Kyrie putting on a show. His handle is second to none and he finishes at the rim better than any guard in the league. Shout out to the PA addresser. When he says Irrrrrviiiing, it gives me flashbacks of the sixers PA guy after DR. J scored a bucket.
Is this the most consecutive games Lebron has missed to injury? Sucks losing immortality from HGH

He's been fairly clutch this year
He's probably won 4-5gms by himself literally
His Win Shares probably are middle road though
Good to start for JR Smith, shot 0-5, 0 assists and 2 turnovers in 18 minutes.

Yep found it on Basketball-Reference DUH on me?
And guess what he's ranked 45th in the league if you sort the column
http://www.basketball-reference.com/leag...
WOW surprised and not surprised
Goran Dragic ranked 33rd
Reggie Jackson ranked 98th[probably higher if a starter]
Carmelo Anthony ranked 91st

Aren't win shares calculated as actual wins you are responsible for? Carmelo is indeed 91st with 2.2 winshares and Harden is number 1 with 7.
So according to the fact that the Rockets have something like 30 wins, Harden hasn't come close to being responsible for HALF OF ALL THEIR WINS, like Carmelo has for the Knicks. So shall we assume Melo is better?

Well no because I don't think that's how it's calculated but
If so by this Logic might want to look where other
Knicks fall in relation to their Win Shares to ratio of minutes-games played
Melol

In all seriousness, winshares are supposed to represent the actual wins you're responsible for pretty closely in relation to the teams actual wins. I believe if you take the entire rosters winshares and add them up you don't get the EXACT number of wins, but it always ends up being very close. I'm pretty sure of that.

Can't be, because
Melo is 2.2
Amar'e is 1.8
Pablo is 1.2
Acy is 1.1
Cole is .9
Larkin is .9
We only have 5 wins and the above totals show that's more than 5

Yes, I clarified my post above with an edit but you responded too soon. At the end of the season is when it matches up, though it won't be exact it will be close. The stat is "supposed" to represent the amount of wins though in some sort of quantifiable way or whatever. So they really are saying that Melol has won 2.2 games and Harden 7. But Who the f knows I'm
Horrible at math.
let's give props to the hawks. they scared me last season when you could see their style of play being implemented - alot of drive and kick and move the ball around. korver is one of the toughest covers in the league. and with a healthy horford, they are literally punking every team in the league right now. shooters everywhere, but more importanly, an actual team game. in today's nba, if you play that style with alot of movement and passing and ability to hit jumpers, you will win almost every night. it's not a team stacked with superstars but a team comprised of near all star level players. post season is another story but as of right now, they be ballin'. bud going for that coy award. the league has changed. no more reliance on the 1 or 2 big guys to carry (i.e. ball dominant players). it's all about quick passing. the successful ball dominant teams are few and far between these days. okc might be the last one in that mold that is highly successful.
