Oh please keep going. I want to hear how it's Melos fault we had to come back from such a deficit in the first place.
read carefully i never blamed him for the deficit i blamed him for the final 25 seconds

We got bigger problems than MElo

I read it just fine. The other starters (yes, that includes melo) sitting and having our dreadful bench do what they do is a MUCH bigger problem than one play where melo forced a fast break shot.

You do realize that was a 2 for 1 opportunity. He needs to protect the ball better but when you see Dunleavy defending the rim on a fast break on a 2 for 1 opp you should attack.
It is what it is though.
does anyone know if Cole is active? If Cole is active then the first test of Fisher as a coach is if he comes in with Smith or Cole off the bench in the second half.

which leader will be providing the inspiration? the knicks are getting strangled.
Did they play inspired ball to open up the game? Get back to that. Re-establish Melo and amar'e together. Get amar'e going again. He looked GREAT to open the game. When he's out there I want the man getting his touches. Melo's said he wants help---on this team at least until we come up with something better, STAT needs to be the 2nd option.

he isn't forcing as much. He is passing the problem is he has zero basketball IQ. Too many turnovers off jump passes. Never learned how to pass and see the floor. He's been an iso player his entire career

He's looked pretty good so far but I want to give him a little more time. Phil and fish must've seen something they didn't like in practice to all of the sudden decline picking up his option.
nixluva wrote:Brooks was a problem for this team. He's a good player who gets overlooked. Taj Gibson was a problem as well. Bulls have quality depth and that showed.
Surprised at how small Acy looked when he was trying to guard Gibson in the post. He was being pushed around/bullied by him.

i just felt he should have set up a better play since they easily stole the ball
Everyone on the second unit is a double digit negative except Pablo at -9. SMH.

problem is chicago figured the knicks out right away. that's why the bulls are up 10. i don't see that changing in the second half.
larkin we need more of that. melo is a much better shooter when he receives and doesn't try to create.
Hinrich what are you doing??
Nice cut and finish by Larkin
