once he leaves his feet there is no such thing as a passing lane. compare what pierce would have done. melo has to learn hw to take an extra dribble in traffic, THEN there will be a passing lane
I guess we agree to disagree with the bold. When I play I always make passing lanes. By being in the paint with the person going to the paint you are also bringing you man to double team him. This is part of the reason why Melo was in a 1 on 3 situation. It creates bad spacing.

I would not include Acy in the size category. He is a undersized blue collar effort guy. He is letting Gibson get post position too deep right now though.
Smith has been abused since the second he came in.
Chicago started the game loose. Tightening up at the end of it, not making the same mistakes.

Team is looking pretty incompetent to start the 2nd quarter. They already are going to have matchup issues late in the game, so if they can't execute this could get ugly.
And JR making two contested shots is almost like daring him to keep chucking. Could get weird.
