Not sure why these trade exception are so tempting, Phil is maxing out capspace, so we dont them.
I'm not interested in the trade exception; I'm interested in dumping JR. Mayo is no gem but I still believe he can turn things around and be an effective player in this system; moreso than JR could ever be.

Actually JR has been playing pretty well, mayo is not an improvement by any stretch. You think he will solve our defense philosophy.

Yeah, I think Mayo is the better player and defender, though I haven't seen much of him since his Dallas days. JR might be playing well but we know it won't last. I doubt we get much better for him.
