nothing better for a triangle than a pg that shoots worse than my grandmother.

nothing worse on a Knicks forum than a craptor fan doing his daily dumps

is that really true? Can we swap?
Yes you just can't completely trade out of
Future 1st rounds consecutively, as long the team we're trading with
has a 2015 1st, yes we can do a swap rights on our first
I wouldnt even do this for Lebron--we have a chance to get a Tim Duncan like player--Id rather sit tight and lose. I cant imagine even Jimmy D to be that stupid and whatever money Jackson is getting--his legacy and soul are worth more. If we passed on a better PG than Rondo in Lowry--heavens for Betsy I doubt that the Knicks would do something for an inferior PG who cant shoot when we are already paying 1 8mm.
I think Westbrook can be had this offseason to a team with cap space and maybe a young player or two. OKC could do a salary dump on him because they can resign reggie cheaper and flesh out the roster more

i do apologize. it's just so much fun to take digs but i guess you have plenty of folks here to do that already.

if that's the direction okc chooses to go, then there really is no need to be a fan of their team.

Unfortunately we've seen crazier things happen
Since the prerequisite is a 2015 1st with soft protection
Lark-Pablo for a 2015 1st
Cleanthony-Wear-future 2nd for a 2015 1st
Shumpert for a 2015 1st
THJR for a 2015 1st

I just can't see it- I love Westbrook, but if they drop him, they are dropping Durant too because there is no way he'd stay with them.

Very true.
And I still hate you forever for that Craptor gif throwing Melo off the overpass.

Their fans stand until they score their first basket. OKC is a college town. They'd be fans of their team even if it was some third rate franchise located in some goofy city like....Toronto.
Plus, I doubt Durant's going anywhere.

Yeah, I think OKC learned their lesson after the Harden trade. Three nice players don't come close to equalling a guy who is top 5 at his position.
I wonder what our initial offer was to never begin discussion
Look all we have to offer is 2 turtle doves and pigeons
The rest of the league are offering talents of gold and silver
We have no shot at Rondo and his best yrs are behind him
Latest Rondo Scoop
Update on our Tank Movement
Here's some PURE Ether
Listen if this involved us getting pick(s)
And Mr. Slew Foot turned his nose up at it I'm going to be bloody with madness
Another wall knocked down on the tank Brigade
Essentially we want Rondo or no deal, Come on Philicia
I mean how dumb can we be to decline getting involved
With the Celtics, Danny Ainge literally has more picks
In the fold than a team can legally retain in a 3yr span
He has to unload them to another team eventually
What's even sadder it appears we can't beat that package

Must have been asking us to either take on salary or get nothing of value back- think about it, both the knicks and the Lakers said no- that's two desperate teams!
How odd that they want us or the lakers to be the third team- we don't have any players of value, no real cap space. We have a few trade exemptions.
Ah, but we both have expirings (Lakers Nash, us Bargs etc)- so likely they needed us to take on salary or a two year contract.

Lakers made an offer and you have to wonder
If it's a 2 way then Boston could even send 2nd rounders if it came to it
Maybe even pick a prospect like ALF depending on who could be involved
Lakers offer
Another update
I think after the Tyson trade here we go again back into
A state of paranoia and not wanting to feel like we lost on a trade
Philicia is busy arguing with people on Twitter instead of getting busy
Oh and the only reason Dallas is making progress on the trade
And pieces-names continue to get dropped in the rumor as what the deal centers around
Is because Rondo doesn't mind being in Dirk's Black Book
If he was opposed to being traded there he would have completely made that known by now
If the knicks could get in the 3 team deal by giving up their expiring contract would it be smart? What if they could swap JR for Wallace and add Wright plus a 2nd rd pick?
If we get Rondo, it will be necessary to subscribe to the Old-Timer's Injury Watch Report.
If we can get Lance and Rondo, we will be old and crazy.
The Knicks got a call here because Bargnani and Amar'e are two of the largest expiring deals in the league. Giving one of those up for a mediocre pick while giving someone else an opportunity at Rondo doesn't really make sense here.
If New York could get JR and Calderon off their books without taking on long-term salary and receiving a draft pick or two in the process, that's probably more worthwhile. I don't see that as what Boston was thinking, though.
Phew, looking like Rondo to Mavs is being concluded, so we don't have to worry about signing him or trading for him. It'll be interested to see his impact on the Mavs, but he wasn't the right guy for us.
I'm sick and tired of trading for players that are either past their prime are never going to hit their prime that would be of any relevance to the team(a.ka they just suck and will suck) we should be looking to trade for a 1st roud pick and hopefully get a really good pg in the draft that can shoot well, penetrate and develop into something good like Jerian Grant of Notre Dame like BRIGGS Mentioned(watched some of his games btw and he is really good). Unless we can get a decent pg that can fit into the system right away(Dragic or Bledsoe) then lets look for a pg of the future not of the past.
