Phil just has to trade everyone on the team. I feel like these guys can't stay here anymore. We need to start thinking about next year. Everyone that you aren't keeping around trade them. Shumpert, jr, cole, prigioni, Calderón.... everyone.
Melo isn't a leader. He's an unbelievable scorer. He's not rallying anyone. We need to find a way to move forward. Everyone needs to go immediately.

No comparisons as Knicks, Spree was a leader
And played hard on both ends and didn't disconnect with
Other stars teammates on the team, not close to the same
Argue their talents all you want but what they gave to the organization is night and day
spree was overrated by knick fans though good player
should we go back to the spree vs. melo post?

Cole? Tonight I care that he deserted his teammate. Dude is the biggest guy on the court other than Nene. Sam is traded or waived by the deadline. Sam has a unique deal that is liquid I believe. I think the better question is do you want a guy that turns his back on a teammate and walks away in that situation. I don't. Maybe if he was uber talented but he isn't. Acy is a good guy and a good teammate. No I don't think I want that guy in a knick uniform anymore.
