I was wondering when one if the former greats would come out and blast Dolan. Thank God for Oakley.
For all the blood, sweat and tears Charles Oakley sacrificed while wearing a Knicks uniform, the former enforcer has no lost love for owner James Dolan, calling the Garden chairman "a bad guy” Wednesday.
Oakley said he had been “quiet for a while” on his feud with Dolan. Not anymore.
I was listening. He said dolan didn't like his comment about Amare. When Amare came here Oakley said Amare is a west coast player. He was right kinda right. Amare is an atrocious defensive player.
Then there is the incident that led to Oakley being traded.
Oakley said he asked Allan Houston for tickets to a knicks game for him and his family and Allan told him he got word from above that it wasn't going to happen. Karl Malone was with Oakley and Karl said in Utah he just parks his car in the garage and walks in without s ticket. They really destroyed Dolan on Boomer & Carton

He told the truth
That's one thing I really hate about this organization..Not involving former Knick greats with the team...Oak had been begging to come back for some time..Patrick should be involved..It just kills me to see former Lakers and now hearing formers Bulls will be in the Garden...
Signs of a very bad, poorly run organization
Thank god i grew up in the 80 and 90s otherwise i probably wouldnt be a knick fan even though those teams never won a title they got close every year. Its sad to see what this organization has become the past 15 years
Oh and oak said offering ewing the dleague job was a slap in the face

Ewing is so freaking stupid...he should be out there blasting Dolan. No wonder why he has always been treated like shizznit from this org
Oak said Dolan hates him because will tell the players how it is. Dolan likes softees who don't rock the boat which is why we are where we are today

You working for Dolan, maybe you can be the one to set up a meeting between Dolan and Oakley. Hopefully they can patch things up then.

I wish Dolan would give me a job in Community/Fan relations...Don't think he will pay what I want..
H2O couldn't get Oak tickets to the game...Wow..

Watered down Houston????
Oakley in this case is all sour grapes. If Dolan put him on payroll he wouldnt say sht.
Oak piling on????
Loved him but not sure what he'd bring to the organization but "the truth"?
We gave starks a place. Ewing left on his own. Not saying he don't get a shot if he qualified, but is he?
Oak qualified to be tough man?
Love the old guys, but not like they are excelling elsewhere either.
