True story!! I've actually been to this place.

So I finally got around to reading this article about amare and his strange wine baths. So last valentine's day I got me and my fiance a couples massage (ugh, my fiance and I - i can hear my dads voice correcting me). I went all out and spent almost $600 on this freaking place.

We get there and they hand us our robes and they go "where are your swim trunks?". I was like what I didn't know that was part of the deal. Anyways they hands us some swimming suits to wear. Apparently the setup is you dip into different baths with different temperatures. Some with seeds, herbs,hot, cold etc...all this before the massage. I think this crap is crazy but whatever. My girl is enjoying it and that's all that counts. So anyways were sharing the pool with this middle aged black man. Tall and brolic. He's enjoying it..almost like he was meditating...He's in the zone just floating on the green water.

The place is dark with steam everywhere. I can't really see who it is..nor did I care. But my girl recognized him and goes over to him. He gives her this mean mean stare (for disrupting his zen or whatever). So now I gotta go over there and defend my girl cuz he looks real pissed. It turns out it's Lawrence "Morpheus" Fishburne! So I tell my girl to back off and let him have his peace. Later in the locker room I see morpheus and he goes "no disrespect brotha" and give me a fist pound. Lol.

Ps..this is the place where the movie John Wick was filmed...and apparently where amare gets red wine baths...smh
