He does look Pillsbury soft. Got skills tho. Also looks like he needs to learn Pro Defense too. He's only 22 tho.

Ledo showing 2 sweet moves to get to the basket. Gotta finish them tho. This kid's talent is very evident. Just has to fully develop his game.
Finestrg @ 3/22/2015 6:31 PM
I like how Ledo looked overall. First half, he just looked to distribute in the few mins he got but in the 2nd half, he began looking for his own a little more. All net on a 3-ball, converted the and 1 and got to the basket another couple of times off nice penetration. A couple of missed shots, a couple of turnovers, a couple of touch fouls. It wasn't perfect but there's a lot to like. I'm excited about this kid, man. Very skilled with a good presence out there. Shved may not play tomorrow -- maybe Ledo gets even more mins. The Garden crowd is gonna like this kid and he's gonna like playing at MSG.

Liked what I saw from the kid. He missed some easy layups after making nice moves to get to the basket. He has great handles and a quick 1st step. Not the best looking conditioning. Needs work on his defense. Loved his passing tho. He's very similar to Shved in that he is aggressive driving to the basket, looks like he can shoot but passes at a high level.

He is a little nervous at to be expected..I think everyone can use a 6'7" guy who can shoot the three..I would like to see him after he gains more confidence..
TPercy @ 3/22/2015 6:39 PM
Dang, this guy has greatness written all over him.

Hahn just saying that Ledo may see a lot more minutes tomorrow if Shved is out.

I didn't get to see him play as I missed the game. I know he was the 6th ranked prospect in his high school class at one point. A good ten day signing and a big guard. Hopefully he is successful.
nixluva @ 3/22/2015 6:46 PM
Don't understand the sarcasm. If you know talent you can see he has some skills and talent. We're looking to find talent anywhere we can find it and this is a kid who was basically hidden. Doesn't mean he isn't really talented. Mark Cuban said we could have a steal on our hands I would tend to agree, he has that kind of talent, but of course he has to prove it on the NBA level and he has a lot more developing to do. The thing is that he's only 22 and still needs work, but the talent is there.
gunsnewing @ 3/22/2015 6:59 PM
Ledo looks like Joe Johnson but acts like Isiah Rider(hopefully not)

I would hope that ALL OF US want to see Ledo turn out to be a stud. We should wish that for all of our prospects. There's nothing wrong with wanting your own players to do well and in this case this is a player who does have legit talent. Hopefully we can coach him up and have a nice diamond in the end. He should be interesting to watch the rest of the way.

You would think that being a fan would take over at some point and you'd want to see something positive come from searching everywhere for talent. There was all kinds of complaints about the Knicks not using the D League to find players and then when we do add a player who has some talent we get guys pissin all over the idea of watching that player show what he can do. We've been doing pretty good finding talent outside of the draft. We've got guys bringing up players from the way back machine just to kick dirt on this regime. One thing has nothing to do with another.

Hopefully Fisher can give this dude more time to play, He plays as a SG and we don't know whether he can shoot or not. As for thiz development the Knicks next season won't have time for that. We are already developing Langston Galloway, Early, Thanasis, our first round pick (presuming we don't trade it) and a few others. Worst part is we don't even have a pick next season to fall back on. We need DEVELOPED players not players that need developing.
