2015 --NBA GMs excited all the way down into the end of round 1 much better than 2014. 2016 predicted to be weakest in 10 years(so maybe that cuts down our wound)
you may have some kids pull out of the draft because its deep and they may get pushed into the 2nd.
And then I wonder- does the rookie scale go up with the cap? If it does, they would incent kids to stay 1 year.
